Got their monthlly call today.  Caller ID said it was "air duct cleaning".  I've seen these scams on the news.  After they "clean" you air ducts, they scare you into thinking you have bigger and costlier problems.  Sorry guys, not going to fall for your BS here.

Yes, got this too.  I see what they are doing.  Caught part of the message, they said for a 'small donation of $20 you can get your ducts cleaned'.  They must be pretending to be a charity.  Even if they were real, it is illegal to do 'robocalls'.  I reported them.

Have been getting these calls on a weekly basis for over a year now. If I'm on the DNC registry, why am I receiving these calls? Another bureaucratic FUBAR agency that can't do a damn thing except take our hard-earned ta payers dollars! The Do Not Call registry is a HUGE JOKE!

Caller ID says New York.  Alot of these telemarketers now require you to call back to be removed from their list.  Now isn't that something.  So I called back and it said, "the magic jack customer you have called is not accepting calls at this time.  Please leave a message.  The magic jack customer can no longer accept any further messages.  Thank you"
Well just doesn't that beat everything!!!

This caller dials me approx. once or twice a week! They are telemarketers promoting air duct cleaning. If you press a certain number it's supposed to take you off their call list but it doesn't. If you press "6" it directs you to a call center and when you tell them to STOP calling you, they hang up. I also am on the Do Not Call Registry which is waste of taxpayers dollars as far as I'm concerned

We get multiple phone calls from these "air duct cleaners" even though we're on the do not call list and I've asked them to take me off their list (and we don't even have air ducts!) Not that I think it's really about air ducts, I'm sure it's a scam, but still makes it extra annoying somehow. I pressed 1 to get a human and they said that their name was "Air Duct Cleaners of California" and asked for my address. I said, "Oh, are you local then?" She said, "Yes, we're in Los Angeles" I said, "Do you realize you're calling Washington?" and she hung up.

Since I called back and got the same magic jack message, and I also use magic jack for my business, I talked to one of their online reps saying I wanted to know what they were doing to put a stop to these scammers, and what they were doing to help authorities on this manner, and that if magic jack was going to be associated with scams I didn't want to use it for my business.

I have recieved repeated calls from this number.  Their opt out option is a sham.
I got the number on my caller ID.  When I called it I got an answering service saying the mail box is full.  How about that.  They are a nuisance and I would turn them over to an attornery if I could find out who it was.  Are there not laws to prevent this?

Received calls for more than two months now from 347-298-1357 for air duct cleaning.  Message left on caller ID   If I want it done, I already have local company coupons.  I do not respond and hangup on them.  I am sick of jumping up to answer phone for one of many telemarketer calls for the past few mionths.  I do not pay for this type of harassment and blocking calls does not work.  I have reported all unsolicited calls.  No one does a thing about them.  I am sick of it.

This # has called my landline at least 10 times in the past 3 months. Always leave a long voicemail offering 'duct cleaning services'. Have reported them to the do not call registry twice but they keep on calling.

I've been getting calls from these folks for months on end.  I've hit (2) to "be taken off their call list".  Obviously this doesn't work!  I've turned their number into the "Do Not Call Registry" complaint desk.  Obviously this hasn't worked! Today I called the phone number:   347-298-1357 and the company was:  Magic Jack (not Air Duct Cleaning).  So I left a message for them to remove my number.  We'll see what happens.

Duct cleaning @ 247-298-1357.  I've been receiving these calls for months.  I finally listened to their message and they ask for a 'donation' of $29.95.  I assume this is their attempt to get around the Do Not Call list since 'charities' are exempt.  I don't know how this is a charity, but I assume they feel that a "donation" applies.  I'll file a complaint to the "Do Not Call Registry" but will not hold my breath that anything will be accomplished by it.

I get called from this number several times a week. They say they are "Seattle Duct Cleaning" but are very sketchy when I question them. I have asked at least 20 times to be removed from their list and reported them to the gov do not call people twice. I am at my wits end. They will not stop calling and nobody seems to be able to stop them. There need to be much harsher laws in place and easier ways to trace and stop calls like this. They are literally a nuisance. I get calls anywhere from 8am to 10pm seven days a week!

I received a call today.   I live in California, and I am also on the Do Not Call list.    I have reported 4 complaints to the do not call in the past week, all different numbers, but I still receive calls from unsolicited numbers.  What good does it do to be on the do not call list?  It's worse now than it ever was in the past. These people aren't afraid of being fined.

Got the call July 6, 2012 - so they are still at it. Now the robo-woman says it is a non-profit org that is willing to clean carpets cheap to keep us healthy. What a load of crap! BTW, I am also on the "Do Not Call" list.

Duct Cleaning Service via robocall.  NWYRCYZN14 NY displayed on Caller ID, 2 calls rcd. on 6/28 & &/6 even though on Do Not Call list.  Pushed "2" to be dropped from list.  Won't leave a message on recorder if no one answers.

I just received a long automated recording on my answering machine from these shmucks. Get this, the ad claims that if "I" don't have my heater ducts cleaned my house could burn down! So much for furnace filters, eh? This is a scam played to the hilt. I live in California and getting calls from NYC for carpet/duct cleaning services?  Oh, what these slithering devils will do to rob people. What is with our government? Haven't they the desire to validate this VERY SERIOUS isssue. I guess since our little darlings in BIG government are such dear angels themselves, the very fact of serving a hearty helping of high calorie dishonesty goes a long way for them and to us. Where are WE THE PEOPLE to stand who are being harassed, in are own homes, our privacy disrupted, daily, by criminals morning, noon and night attempting to pick someone who's naive and leave them high and dry. These so-called telemarketers are criminals. WAKE UP law makers, enforcers and the like!
