I received a call from this jerk with an American name and a funky accent.Tried to scare me and I do not have a clue what he is talking about.Let him issue a warrant and I will own his little scam and he will be in prison and deported back to Hinduland.

I got a phone call yesterday, they left a message. SAYING THE SAME EXACT THING! The guy said his name was Steven Robinson, head quarters of a correctional facility (which would be a prison, dumbass) and said that a warrant would be issued by 10 am tomorrow (today) but that I still had time to lift the warrant, to call Morgan L. Lewis, LLB. Once a warrant is issued, there is no "lifting" it. You have to be arrested. This is probably because of some website I visited.

Total scam this is the 5th call I've received from companies like this one TOTAL SCAM do not give them a dime report it to the consumer finance protection bureau. The just indicted a bunch of people for a scam similar to this one.  No one calls to warn you you're being served. It's a scare tactic.  I tell them serve me then we'll go to court and settle it.  I usually get a hang up and hear nothing after that until the next scammer calls! This has been going on for about a year and a half now. I usually just taunt the idiot that calls.

He called me and said my name and social security indicated I will have a warrant issue today. I have never been called by this firm and do not know what he's referring to. Moreover, I tried calling the number before 5pm as they indicated, and it simply rang and rang.

These idiots have been calling me back to back for two hours, leaving ridiculous messages. I followed your lead and told them that my husband was a federal agent and that we will be taking action. That [***] must have peed in his pants!! He was trying to curse me out, but I could hardly understand him due to his accent. All I could do was laugh!

Most likely scam told me I had warrant that prosecutor would call I had 3 charges against me made by Cashnet answered phone Morgan and Lewis LLP PHONE NUMBER 347 523 5553 calling himself Richard smith with an Indian accent

I got a call about 3:15 PM central time from 634-519-0000.  Foreign speaking and said warrant would be out tomorrow morning but I could prevent it by calling Atty Richard Smith @347-523-5553.  Was told by my cell phone company this is a scam, do not call them, and to block the numbers.  I see by all the previous posts that this is definitely the case.

Same thing here, Richard Smith.  Guess he can't get a regular job so he sits on the phone and tries to bully people. SCAM

Same exact thing here. I was a bit nervous, as I do have some legal issues at the moment. But, phew.

This guy is a dumb [***] and obviously knows nothing of the American legal system.
It's a 100% scam. He plays parts as a seritary of "attorney" Richard smith of morgan and Lewis law firm and Richard smith himself. His accent is Indian or middle eastern sounding. Every time you call he'll act like he's talking to you for the first time and doesn't remember you.
I eventually kept calling and calling until he literally disconnected his land line.
He's a joke.
Please do not fall for this.
