I called it back and got the "hey cosmo" thing and hung up on it.  What a waste!

Actually left a message on my vm but when I called, all it did was say "welcome to cosmo" and then hung up on me.  Funky

I just received a call at 12:19pm (6/18/09). Did not call back. I too am on the DNC list.

They called, but my phone didn't ring very long, which meant they probably knew they dialed the wrong number.

I got a call today at 11:45 PST and answered, but got an immediate hang-up. Didn't call back. I'm glad I googled it & found this website. a$$holes!

Got a call a minute ago from that number. I just picked it up, it said "Michelle has sent you a cosmo blast" and hung up. No idea what that meant.

Just got a call from this number at 3:56pm Central Time.  Answered the phone, said "Hello" and the other end promptly hung up.  Hit Google, found this site, read the first page of similar reports, decided there's no point calling it back, decided instead to write this nifty post.

a random call just rec. on a 925 area code cell.... this is a good service... I wont call back! Thanks everybody!

They just called me this morning.  It's a work phone so I was concerned about the missed call and called back.  Got the "Hey Cosmo" recording described here.  Hung up.

It looks like the calls are made by a company called Arsenal Interactive.  They seem to get numbers from facebook, twitter or blogs and then make these calls.  Here is their contact information.

they just called me and i didnt know anyone from rhode island so i didnt pick up. they left no voicemail, but i would appreciate it if they would stop calling me.

Rec'd a call from the same number about an hour ago.  Didn't pick up or call back, but after reviewing comments on this page I'm glad I didn't.  What gives w/ these people anyway??

Got the call last nite; same problem as above.  Called Verizon, which just took over my old cell service provider.  Customer service advised that since the changeover my numbers had been deleted from the no call list because of the change in provider.  Will be back on the list asap.  Thanks for this website! Had no idea it is here till this incident.

I just got a call from this number and like many other people have said I'm glad I looked it up.

I got a call on my cell phone from this number at 9.54 am this morning but didn't pick up 'cause i don't know anyone on this no.

i was in the shower got out n i had a missed call from this #. didnt recognize the # so i googled the area code n this website popped up.

didn't answer... didn't call back.... why are people calling cell phones now?
