got a call from this number no message - of course - i have been reading the comments above.  i did in fact register for the "do not call registry" yet i've received in the past few days telemarketing calls.  how long does it take for this registry to active - very annoying.  Glad to have websites likes these to go to.

Don't you think this is a plot of network providers so you get charged once you answer it (except for those not charging incoming calls) or you call back. Just wondering.

Just like everyone else, I received a call from this # on my cell phone. I didn't recognize the # so I let it go to voice-mail. No message was left, so I called and got the same HeyCosmo message and offer to sign up for some nonsense for 10 bucks a month.

Since all my #'s are on the do not call registry, I filed a complaint with the FCC via the registry's web site. I encourage everyone else to do so as well.

If you request "HeyCosmo" to block your number, the only way to do so is to allow them to call you and play an ad before your phone is blocked.  I did so, doubt they will honor it.  Filing a complaint since I never asked for it in the first place and I am on the DNC list.

Got a call from this number at 12:57pm central time.  Luckily I was in a meeting and couldn't pick up.  Didn't recognize the number so I googled it.  Kinda glad I was in a meeting!!!

Got a call from 401/648/0571.  The minute I answered the phone, it hung up.  15 minutes later, got the same call.

I missed the call from 401-648-0571. I did not know where it came from so I searched online to figure out the call area. It was RI, but I don't know anyone there, so I searched the whole number, and got this page to realize something. Thanks.

Called the number 4016480571...i called them back and got a message that said "welcome to hey cosmo, please wait while your record is retrieved,"  then it hung up.

Phone rang one time then hung up, did not even get a chance to answer it was tis same number. Glad I googled before calling it back. They called at 11:00am E.S. time May, 25 2009.

I got a call from this number when I called it back I found out it was from Hey Cosmo. Who are these people? And why are they calling me? What do they want? How do we make them stop calling people?
