Didnt answer the unknown number either, but they called twice today, once at 9:34 AM and once at 1 PM. No message left.  How annoying.

I got a call from them and missed it.  Simply call them back and ask to be put on their do not call list.  They were very nice and very prompt.  It is refreshing to have a company that is so responsive.  

If you do not call them back they will keep calling you and not leaving a voice mail.  It is painless and took about 30 seconds.  Very nice people

Just got one too. Omaha Steaks, eh? That makes sense; we just ordered steaks for my father in law's birthday. How annoying.

This morning this number called me twice and did not leave a message, while searching the net, I found your website, am outraged, I ordered once for a wedding.

They keep calling me at night time! It is bad enough that they call you at all, but I just received a call from them at 9:30 PM. Are you kidding me? That is ridiculous. I am going to contact them and be taken off the list. I will NEVER buy from them again. They are worse them a collection agency. Do they really get business this way???

After finally getting fed up with the frequent email spams, I used their website to opt-out of emails.  Then, I got a call from this number.  Thanks to this web site, I simply called the number and they said they'd remove me from the list.  Let's hope they do.

Just called them a SECOND time to be placed on their Do Not Call list.  I originally did this about 6 weeks ago. They were very friendly and apologetic but, they have lost another customer...

I was getting harassed by these guys last month and I called and had my number removed from their list. Well guess who just called me :(

I actually like their steaks, but the phone calls are so annoying!  Guess I'll have to find a new steak place!

Glad to find out where these calls are coming from.  Not happy with Omaha Steaks anyway.  This will take care of me over ordering from them again. They leave no message.  Called several days in a row.  I don't answer calls that I don't know the number

I called the toll-free number (1-800-960-8400)listed on their web page and they promised to remove me from their call list.

I get calls from Omaha every few months.  It's annoying, I have it saved in my phone so that I know not to answer.  I answered once and told them to take me off their list and apparently they didn't listen to me.

I don't answer unrecognized phone numbers and decided to Google this one.  Surprised to see it came up Omaha Steaks, I just ordered from them the first time over Christmas.  Obviously be the last time, I hate businesses that pester you with phone calls.  They have some real gits working in their marketing department, can't imagine how much business they are losing.

I ordered from Omaha Steaks in December and now I have started getting the calls everyday, twice a day...and no message.

I have been getting a call from 402-593-7107 every day for about 1 week now. They never leave a message. I had to look the number up on the internet - seems Omaha steaks calls everyone like this who ever place an order. Very annoying.

I too have been getting harassing calls from this damned number.  They called last night 01/20/08 @ 8:48pm.  I'm sending a complaint to donotcall.gov, my state Senator as well as Ben Nelson, the Senator from NE.

I have received three calls from them since yesterday - it is EXTREMELY ANNOYING..........

Yup, omaha steaks alright. I do admit that it is the first time I've received this call. I ordered a gift card for my father for christmas.  I don't even have an account with them and i keep getting spam to my email too! Those are easily deletable but I rarely get any calls to my phone and when I do it's usually something important and to get spam on the phone really angers me.  I did immediately call and have them take me off the call list so hopefully that will do. I told them it was a business number and not to call it and they said well thats the number you checked out with (the nerve!) so i said thats how you can reach me if theres something wrong with the orders but no sales calls please.  It's stupid that a phone number is required for checkout.  I have no problem with that as long as its only used for contacting me if there's something wrong with the order. It's shameful to use it as a spamming technique. I'm now going to follow "dave"'s idea and put my number on the do not call list.
