Hi i know the company that is making the call, it's Telus Communications, they want you to switch your TV and internet. If you look on their website the number matches up. Hope this helped.

Got a couple of calls from this number but does not leave a message.  I answered on the third call and it was about internet service so I said 'NO Thanks' and hung up.  Idiot has been calling at least once everyday.  I do not answer anymore due to having Call Display.  I don't even know which company this idiot is working for.

I kept getting calls from this number and it's always been a telemarketer for Telus. When I've asked them to take my name off their list, they say they'll do that but obviously do not because the calls continue every few months. My number has already been added to the National Do Not Call registry but even that didn't stop these calls. I called Telus today and they do outsource their marketing calls but they apparently have a list of 'do not call' numbers and the fellow added my number to that list today so we'll see. Apparently they advise all of their marketing offices of people who do not want calls on sales promotions, etc, but because this doesn't only happen in Canada it will take awhile to get the information around to all their offices (surprising considering how quickly computers can pass along information but...). Hopefully this works. The number I called to do this was 1-403-310-2255 so we'll see

I got a call from this number, someone answered! They asked me (Is this Lance?) When I said yes it hung up! When I try to call back a message says UCM1 the number you have dailed... blah blah blah.
This is getting extremely annoying.

Nuisance call from this number

It's telus, it's a customer feedback call. Automated.

Usually done because telus did a service call with you and it's to find out how they did.

I think this is Telus calling me every couple of days.  I tried to call it back and it said that "this is a long distance number so you need to dial a 1 first".  So, I hung up and dialed a 1 first, and then got a message that said that "this number is not long distance and I did NOT need to dial a first"!!
 
I can't phone this number back, and would love to so that I can tell them off!!!!  I am a Shaw customer.  Will never switch to Telus.

I am calling from Edmonton and 403 is a Southern Alberta area code and it should be long distance.  So, is Telus spoofing its own number when it is calling out?  Seriously f****d up!

This number calls me weekly. I usually miss it or ignore it, caught the call today, it is TELUS selling their phone and TV packages. Have told them 3 times to put me on the do not call list.. They don't seem to get it!

I got a call from this number three times, yesterday... while I was at work now I don't work 9-5 I work 5-11 they stopped the calls at 7:30.. that's three calls within 2-3 hours, 5:30, 6:30, and 7:30, I have satellite TV with telus I just had it fixed because they messed up while hooking up my neighbors and disconnected me, this to me is not a reason to call multipal times, if you want a survey I respond alot better to texts

an individual called form this number. The person had an East Indian accent. He couldn't pronounce my name correctly. Can anything be done regarding these calls?

Caller id stated unavailable name also it is a unfamiliar number so we did not pick up......and they did not leave msge!

Continues to call day after day

This number has called my phone repeatedly at all hours of the day and night. I'm started to think that maybe I should just keep calling the higher ups at Telus at all hours to see how they like it. I don't want anything Telus, I didn't like Telus before and I sure as hell don't like them now.

Called several times this Saturday. Did not pick up the phone since the possible extra charges for long distance call. But it's annoying.

Got the call 310 2255 , politely listened while the gentman explained that he was from Telus and I am a valued customer and then asked ,because he doesn't have my cell information , if I would like to add that service. I lost  it this intrusive  human had just called me on my Telus cell.

Missed call from houston inn

This number is phoning me 4 and 5 times a day. I see the missed calls when I get home. Day and evening. Very annoying as I am sure it's telemarketing of some sort. South Alberta.

I move to Shaw, but I still receiving calls from this number... What should I do?
