woke up to find this number on my cell phone. no message. freaking telemarketing! booo.

Very annoying!  I've been called about 70 times by some call center in Alberta!!  Can someone
help me get rid of these people????

I got the same call from this number is from Alberta at 12:23 today never answered.

Wow, didn't think that so many people would get calls from this number. It's an Alberta area code, but the prefix 584 isn't listed for any community in Alberta. (see  http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Area_code_403  ) Like many others, I didn't pick up because I didn't recognize the number.

I googled this number on the internet and found that there are many many others being plagued by this call, not only from this number, but several other phone numbers as well. Some originate in Ontario, others in Alberta. Don't these people have anything better to do?

got a call on my cell advising me as a valued rogers customer,i had won 3000 travel miles.  all i was required to do was press 1....i didn't!  i hung up and called rogers who said the number is in no way connected to them.

Received call from this number at 4:18pm. It's an Alberta number.

Recorded message telling me I could have 3,000 travel dollars for being a valued Rogers customer. Ha!

Put the phone down

Automated caller: "Because you are a valued *Rogers* customer, you will receive 3000 travel dollars.  Press 1 to accept."  I hung up.  This came to my cell phone, grrr.

Got a call from this number today. It was a robotic female voice saying I was a valued Rogers customer, and that I had won $3000 travel dollars (press 1 to accept). Nothing else after that, and I hung up without pressing 1.

1-403-584-7878, received it on my cell, "Because you are a valued Rogers customer you will receive 3000 travel dollars, press 1 to accept", pressed Hang-Up instead.

Called my cell, don't know anyone at that area code so didn't answer. Figured it was spam as I've been getting a lot on the home phone lately, at least one a day, all of the "You've won an amazing vacation/travel experience, press 1 to win collect your prize" or "This is your Captain calling...". type.
*Sigh...can someone please make these clowns stop?

Missed this call on my cell (glad I missed it now). My area code is 416.

Got the same call today at 1:18 pm.  "because you are a registered Rogers Customer you are eligible to win $3000.  Press 1 now"     I hate this crap.

I just got this call but didn't answer.  I'm with Bell but get the same automated message "...because you are a valued Bell Customer you are eligible to win $3000 Travel dollars.  Press 1 now".  They apparently called from 403 584 7878 but I didn't answer.  They also call from 778 421 7878 and 905 395 9090

Just got a call from this number, did not answer. When I tried calling back, got a message saying my call was being transfered and long distance charges would apply. Hung up.

Got this call at work claiming I was a value customer of Rogers communication I won $3000 in travel. Nothing in life is free and this easy. So I just hung up.

Got the same call. I want to punch this guy in the face. I hung up and googled the number, and here I am. Did I mention I want to punch the caller in the face??
