This is a credit card interest rate reduction SCAM. All they really want is your credit card number.
DON'T GIVE IT TO THEM!!!!
I asked to be removed from their call list and they said they didn't have a call list. I got the call because I have an AmEx, Visa, Master Card,............... Definately a scam.

The Capital One comment earlier makes sense.  I wasn't getting any calls before I got my Capital One card, and they've started now very regularly.   NICE.. That part doesn't get put on the commercials when they ask "What's in YOUR wallet?"

Getting calls, and when I returned the call to see who called from Atlanta, the message is that the phone number has been disconnected, or no longer in service.

Unknown name. Checked number. Get disconnect recording.  Area code is for Atlanta Georgia.

How can they keep calling us from a number that has been disconnected?  That makes no sense.  They call my cell phone 1 or 2 times a week.  It is sooo annoying.

How do they expect to get business anyway if they just hang up on us and we can't call them back? What is the purpose of the call in the first place?  Is it just to harrass people?

Called me and told me they had sent me multiple letters in the mail and that I owed over $3000 dollars and I needed to get all of my credit cards in good standing and it was my last chance(of course all automated) But I don't even own a credit card so I pushed 1 to talked to a person because I get calls for "Diana"(not me) all the time so I was going to let them know it was the wrong number. When they answered I told them what the automated message said and that I didn't even own a credit card. I wasn't even finished talking and the man sarcastically and rude said OKAY! and hung up on me. Some customer service.

Told me they wanted to lower my credit card rate.  I have no credit cards.  Tried to press the number to talk to someone and tell them they're a huge SCAM, but they hung up on me.  Classy.

I am on "do not call list" but still received call Mon 7/25/2011 about 3pm from 404-303-0944. Canned message starts with, "This is your last chance ... we have sent you info before ... respond now if you have credit card debt greater than $3000." When the human came on, I asked, "who the hell are you & what do you want?" and he abruptly hung-up on me. When I re-dialed the number, message said it was disconnected. Hmmm. SPAM!

I have a missed call from this number today.  I wanted to see if I could determine who had called me from this phone number on my cell phone.  I am not going to return the call as it looks like it is some type of loan/debt reducer company that I have not solicited.  I am also on the do not call list.

They keep calling my cell phone this is crazy!!!! How do they get your number an how do you stop them from calling. When i call the number back it says it is disconnected.  I am on the do not call list but they still keep calling

This number keeps calling my house and cell phone.

The best way to deal with these calls is to text back something, cause it goes to a land line and they have to pay for it...

I received the same call ID says it is from Georgia. Somebody must be responding to these calls in order for them to continue making them. I suggest if you are not familiar with the caller ID then don't answer the phone. I am on both do not call lists it doesn't make a difference.

Put my daughter's cell phone on the Do Not Call Registry as soon as we added it to our plan, Registered March 22, 2011. This 404-303-0944 calls and we get "Unknown" and "Restricted" calls with the same recorded message about lowering interest rates.
My wife answered 2 calls today, and by the time she said "Take this number off your..." she was already hung up on. I hope someone can track this company down and make them pay for their flagrant disregard for the DNC Registry.

REPORT IT to the Do not Call registry!!!

I let it go to the answering machine "This is an important message" was all they said before the **beep** to leave a message and they hung up.
