I received a call from an agent Williams. He stated he was not calling for me he was actually calling for Alicia Ortiz and that she put me down as a reference. I never called back, I don't know anyone named Alicia Ortiz this is the number he left 404-551-5374

These people are harrassing us & my father in law!!  My husband & I told my father-in-law not to worry about it.  Well, the next day after me spending an hour on the phone fighting with these people & telling them to leave us alone, Agent Smith called my father-in-law again!  This time he got $300.00 from him!  Not only that but now has my father-in-law's financial information!!  What do we do about this???

So what did the ATL Fraud dept. say?  I gave these people money too!

I received another call from Hollander Chase only this time the number they called from was 800.671.1601 x 107-(Ms Jones)so I in turned called them back about 15 times just to annoy her-she told me that I was being childish and I need to get a job because I have too much time on my hand-lmao! This is from someone who's trying to collect a debt!!! Not to mention the numerous times she hung up on me:)

Holland and Chase called my job and the first Agent Michael began to harrass me about some bad debt. He then asked me about my background any arrests or on probation.... He had numbers of my family and threatened to supoena them. I asked for a manager he agreed and transfered me to a Johanna. I do not believe that this company is true or that she is a manage

this company has called the granparents house and ours know where work at even havent even had checking account for sometime,so agent mark this is not cool, wll b reporting him and his company to local police and state attorneys office thanx for every victim b 4 us for repeting him and posting these on the web. gl all

A gentleman callled my job today and stated that his name is Tony and needed to speak will me regarding an urgent personal business matter. My co-worker that tok the call asked if the matter is of a perosnal nature why is he calling me at work instead of calling me and home, he then stated if s he does not return the call she is in serious trouble so she better have call this office either her or her attorney. So could you tell me how a fly by nite company calls my job and make such statements. There is not any proffeslism in that call at all. Then have the nerve to use Chase's name an up st

Received a voice mail 9/28/10 at 10:25A from 404 551-5374 that went something like this:
"This message is for <my name >. My name is Ronyer (?) with Hollander Chase & Associates.
A financial company has filed a complaint alleging that someone misrepresented a check through Secured Financial Advance, which is against state law. As it stands today, your name has been associated with this case. The person who executed this contract is <family member name>. Due to the nature of this matter, all parties involved must call the office and provide a statement as to your association with <family member name> as soon as possible at 1-800-671-1601. My extension is 113.

After seeing references to BOA in the other posts, I remembered that BOA notified me that some financial info was stolen from their database 2-3 yrs ago. Sounds like this could be related. No idea how they got the family member's name though. No matter - it's very suspicious and I don't plan to respond or give out any info by phone. BEWARE~

Mike called from the 404 number stating he is investigating a relative of mine for credit card fraud.  He knew our personell information and some of our family members.  I advised them that if I ever have identity theft against me that they are the first ones that I will report to the authorities.  Does any one know what there game is or what they expect to gain from this act?

Yes, stop pay,ent thorugh the bank I would change the account number and debt card as soon as possible.

I was left a message on my home phone from an Agent Green with Hollander Chase & Asso..phone #404-551-5374, also an 800-917-1602 # ext. 104 & case # 000249-3 at 8:19am & I needed to call her back before 3pm central time or I can have my lawyer call. I don't get home till after 5pm from work, so I am planning to call this woman tomorrow & let her tell me her story & then I will tell her where she can go get F-----? I googled up there name & this is where I have been reading all this stuff that they are a bunch of losers. I was a little nervous from the message but they can't get money from a rock. So thanks to the internet & info that I have just read.

I have gotten calls like this before I believe from applying for payday loans. Had  a message today from agent Davis, 800-671-1601 ext 108. Needed me to call back regarding a bad check. Googled name of company, Hollander chase and assoc, Won't be calling him back. First time I got a call like this they threatened to have me arrested if I didn't wire them the money. Thank God I checked online and found out the were frauds.

I just received a call from these Hollander, Chase people. He was polite at first, then he said he needed to put me on hold to make payment arrangements. He came back and said he had to transfer me to his supervisor. The case had a court date. This punk answered the call and asked me did I have the money 475.36 in full? No payment. I said no. He said how long are you going to be home? I said until tomorrow. He said well, the Marshall's will be in an hour. I said okay. He said are you on probation? I said no. He said you will be if u don't pay this payday loan off. I asked where he got this information because I'm making payment on my loan already. He said I was lying, and he knows how to deal with people like me. I said fine, u do that and have a nice day. He said I'll get a court summon in a day for the law suit including the attorney fee up to 500 $ and if I don't pay they can garnish my check, put lien on my home. I said okay, I'll see u in court and hung up. The # 404-4782736 William was the first caller then Michael.

I am SO glad I Googled Hollander, Chase and Associates and found you all!  The telephone number they left was 404-478-2736 X107.  "George" called my office at 14:30 today (10-26-2010) and just left a message.  Since you all referenced BoA, that reminded me that earlier this year, BoA changed my debit and CC's because of a breech of security.  Maybe this is where they got my info, don't know. I do know I have no outstanding debts and have never applied for an on-line loan or any pay day loans so I'm WAY curious as to who they are and what they want.  I will check back with you all and let you know what happens.  Thanks to you all and all your work, I feel a little more empowered and not nearly so nervous.  Also, check your Attorney General's Office on-line under state government.  Most of them have the complaint forms on-line now and it's easy to complete.

I keep getting phone calls from this 404-478-2736 ext 113 form some agent Smith saying that I am involved in a check fraud and harrassing  my coworkers if they don't co-operate they will have to appear in court and scaring them...all due to some payday loan that I supposedly applied for and that I will suffer the consequences, so I decided to google this people and wallah I come across  this fraud thing they have going on...thank you all for posting this very useful information. I hope it makes us all aware that you cannot post any of your personal info online.

i received continuous harrasment calls from this company representing an online payday loan.. which i have done in the past  and paid them... when i tried to follow up more... with an  800 number. after i was initiallly contacted... i continously get the voice mail... of hollander chase and associates.    
i ignore all 800 calls now and send it to a voicemail... but they didnt even call my phone , they would call my job...

I have been getting harassing calls from these jokesters at work. Agent Ashley keeps stating that I owe a bad debt and wrote a bad check. First off, I have never wrote a bad check in my life. Most of the time I have never even owned a checking account. Secondly, The account they're trying to collect on has been paid off and closed since 2009!, Yes paid off and CLOSED!!. This is a scam! Do not give them any additional information. Record everytime you receive a call from them, and what they say!

Got a called, fro Holland and Chase Assocaited...threat put me and my family in jail...ask if I can pay today I said NO!!1 But if you mail me some information about the debt I would take care of it...I need validation for this debt...He refused and said, consider your self served....AGENT .Smith..he got mad when I called him MR.
