I would count them as fraud- Only your DA can charge you with a Crime- not a company out in another state!! Worst case is that they try to Garnish your wages!! So what, ask for paperwork, company information- dig deep!  Its the end of 2010, scams are getting harder and harder to catch, these pple are good!!

i have been served today to appear before a judge to answer this allegation its not a scam i can assure you of this. i dont really want to stop any of you from thinking anything about this company but you will be served sooner or latr just like me. i go before my state jusge in dec

i also spoke with agent ashley at this company she did advise me of the debt and how to pay and get rid of this i advised her that i was now unemployed and that i could not pay the bal due. i owed 500.00 stated ashley...i advised the loan was not piad off due to problems with my account in the past. i knew exactly what they were speaking of. she verified all my info and  ended. the call. on 11/15/10 i recieve a summons to appear in court in dec to answer this allegation. this is not a scam by a long shot maybe you should find out who is doing this to you so you can resolve this asap before you lose your job just like me and it was no one fault but my own now. To all adults here on this site THIS IS NOT A SCAM... SCAM TRY TO GET MONEY FROM YOU IN THE FORM OF SELLING, THESE PEOPLE HAVE BEEN IN BUSINESS FOR YEARS AND THEY WILL HAVE YOU SERVED. I received a voicemail from a man I could not understand his name. The number he listed was 800-344-3615. I then received a call at my office from the same man. I asked him if I could validate the company's information and he transferred me to Michael. Michael told me that he was Vice President of Operations. I asked him for the Business license and he told me to call the Secretary of State, and that he would not provide me with the information I requested. I hung up and googled the company, and I found all this information. I then called the number back and asked to speak to someone other than Michael. The woman I spoke with would not give me her name but she stated that she was the owner of the company. I again asked for the business license and once again I was denied. She told me that she would have me servered and disconnected the call. This company had my social, my address, and my date of birth. That right scares me cause I really don't want scammers with that information. Does anyone have any suggestions.

Hollander Chase is so desperate, they took my original post-altered it and is trying to say that this company, Hollander Chase & Associates is a legitimate collection agency. They are rated "F" as in fraud, by the BBB !!! Check it out on Google. The reason that they can not send you any letter of what you so called allegedly done is because once they do that, they incriminate themselves with mail fraud, and are in violation of your state usury law. People-we now have them on the run and hopefully closed down soon. The SI5 is going to hit them very soon, it's just a matter of time for these thugs, lowlife scam pirates!!!!

Dear Pamela-No one has been served as of today,by these scammers.Also, Crystal and Attorney Williamson on this board are scammers,according to SI5. Look at their post,both on Nov.17th,no spell check,misuse of the English language.They fraudster Williamson cut and pasted his blog-half capital letters-half lower case.look at both post carefully-both said they hav court dates in DEC. SI5 is closing in on these scammers in conjunction with DHS.it is just a matter of time .

got a same message mentions my parents name associated with someone i have not spoken too for 10 years. I was going to call, but i think I'm going to stay away. Sounds like a scam, and me and this person NEVER had any financial situations together.

i have been getting calls from this number and they stated that there is an impending lawsuit with US bank against me. the funny thing is they have my maiden name and my bank, and phone number right but the address and social security number they have is wrong. I told them on several occassions that that wasn't me and they insisted on this " unsolved matter". the last time they called me I told them this was harrassment and I will be contacting my lawyer they said they will file this account as fraudulent and erase the file. I'm a little worried cus I gave them my last 4 digits of my social to pull up the file and see it wasn't me, but i husband said i shouldn't even have done that cus now they can play the old "bait and switch" and  possible add it to my credit report. I'm contacting my lawyer anyway and i guess i have to wait to see what happens. Do not give this company ANY information!

They call me and stated that they where calling about a debt i have and stated that I needed to pay it and that I could wire the money to them.

Has anyone been successful in getting them to stop calling?  They keep calling my cell leaving a message for someone I have never heard of, and I have had the same number for 15 years.

Had not had a call since feb. 10th, recieved one at 11:32 a.m. from a Rick Duggan this time, stating he's holding a warrant to be served at my third shift job, I am incidentally retired, this was my last chance...Supposed to phone 888-853-1284 and reference docket 116-345.....The BBB in Atlanta closed this complaint, they'll get an update though.

I just got a call from Hollander Chase and Company but, this number was (214)269-5274 and I called back.  The message said to press "0" for an operator and I got disconnected every time I did this. I finally gave up after 8 times. According to their menu I might have gotten a summons to appear in court regarding a lawsuit. This area code seems to be from somewhere in Texas.

Actually, the correct name of this business I received a call from was indeed Hollander, Chase and Associates, not "Company" as I had previously stated.
