Got information in the mail for my husband for this company; they only gave a 1-800 number for him to call and stated in the letter that he owes them over $10,000. The bank they claim the original loan is through is one my husband borrowed $400 from 11 years ago; AND PAID OFF THE NEXT MONTH. They gave me all the information on the debt because I was able to give them his personal information to prove I'm his wife; if this was a true debt collection company, they would be legally prohibited from giving the information on the "debt" to anyone but him, regardless of my being married to him. I know; I used to reposess cars and it was against the law for us to give any information to ANYONE but the registered owner of the vehicle. DO NOT PAY THESE PEOPLE. Ignore their calls or, do like I did the last time they called and tell them if they call you again you will report them to the police for harassment. This is a legal move;  you really can report them if they call after you tell them to stop.

Continual calling. The have MANY complaints on Rip Off Reports, omplaintwire.org, etc

They also keep calling from unavailable also. One day i was reading the obits and saw some name in my paper that said a collection agency supervisor had died and i was so happy cause i hate these people, they don't know me and i don't know them so i'm glad they died,they got what they deserved.How do these people sleep at night? They sold there soul to the devil by working for collections. One of these day they will get sick or lose their job and see how it feels.

I believe you can file for bankruptcy and just don't put the storage space down for your debts. They only cancel what you put down, that is why they warn you to put all your debts down.
