The atty general is not quite correct.  Pacific Telecom is a CLEC (a small telephone company). As such it does

not make telemarketing calls. The telemarketing company is using phone numbers provided by Pacific

Telecom.  By contacting them you may be able to find out the name of the telemarketing company in an

effort to have your name removed from their colling list

I have been receiving these calls for a while as well.  After researching it I have found that this is a phone scam.  Do not answer do not dive any of your information.  I ignore and like many of us the AM calls are early and annoying.  But I would rather press ignore that be a victim of fraud!

I keep getting calls from this number and no matter what I do to block it, they continue.  406-351-4361.  Who are they and how do I get them to stop?

Have received numerous calls from this number.  Don't know them, don't wantt to receive any more calls from them!

Everyday around 3 - 4 Pm I get a hang up call from this number. Why and Who is it?

The caller says he is marketing security systems for an unnamed company.  Don't give him any information because I think he is trying to get personal information - a telephisher

A couple of calls a day for the past three days.

If I answer,there is nobody there.  If I don't answer, no message is left on voice mail.

This Forsyth, MT, company has called 4-5 times in the past two weeks, always hanging up when I answer. I called the number back to see who it was, and heard a recording saying I could press 1 to be placed on a no-call list (which I am already on, except for this stupid company). I have not pressed any buttons or encouraged them in any way. Just now they called again, and the guy actually talked. I said "Is this company based in Montana?" He said yes. I said "Stop calling me." He said they were looking for a model home for a home security system. I said I didn't want one. He asked if I was the owner of the home. I said no, even though I am. He asked if he could speak to the owner of the home and kept talking over me as I said "I don't want any of this. Stop calling." He said he would call back later when he could speak to the homeowner. Forsyth, MT, can burn in hell.

this telephone number has started calling my cell phone again. they called last month and I told them I was not interested, the guy Tom just talked over me, so I hung up. The calls have started again, filed another complaint with the FTC hopefully someone will make this stop.

This is a telemarketer selling home protection services.

I have been receiving calls from this number for a couple months.  I estimate about 10 calls.  It seems to be a bot that calls and then connects to a person if it hears someone answer.

I keep getting calls from this number.  It's been going on for months.  I don't answer because I previously didn't know who it was.  It's a home security telemarketer who is ignoring the "do no call" regulation passed by Congress.  I'm on that list.  I sure would like to see the government get these people off our backs!  Why not...they don't do anything else anyway.

They call me at least four times a week. I answered the last time they called and it was some idiot just mocking what I was saying. Very unprofessional, even for a telemarketer.

I've been getting calls from this number for about a week. I got three so far today and it's just 1:00pm. I get a least three a day.

It's an automated telemarketer. I received calls from them bi-daily for months. I finally called back just now and the recording said press 1 to be put on the do not call list. I pressed 1. I can't say for sure if it worked yet, but I hope to God it did.

406-351-4361 started calling me on my personal cell and I am on the Do Not Call Registry.  The annoying calls began from this number Thursday, July 28th at 5:14p.m., then at 12:14 p.m. on Friday, July 29th, 2:27 p.m. on Friday, July 29th, 4:50 p.m. on Friday, July 29th, 6:50 p.m. on Friday, July 29th.  Then today on August 1st at 11:45 a.m. I finally got someone to answer and I it was the same company that is trying to get my house to use their security system in my area for representation. I explained to the man who continued to talk over me I was on the Do Not Call list, it was a personal cell phone and I had asked them yet again from this number to remove my number and that I was filing a complaint with the FCC which I did. This number is Forsyth, MT.  I have been called from 650-949-4689 in Los Altos, CA the security system  and 505-369-1289 they offered interest rates and 603-214-3653 offered the security system.  None of these sales people ever apoligize nor are they polite.  I hate that this is happening and that my personal cell phone is at attack and feel very violated as this does not ever slow down or stop. I filed a complaint with the do not call website, twice in the last six months.
