It's a scam. It's a computer calling a list of numbers.  I have gotten several of these calls from "Rachel", I have received 4 calls in the last 3 days.  I have tried to hit the "3" to not receive future calls (doesn't work).  I have pushed "1" and spoke to a "rep" and told them that I am on the do not call list (doesn't work) so now I push "1" and act dumb ... they say they can lower my interest rate, I ask them what an interest rate is, they tell me on a credit card, I ask what a credit card is, they say Visa, MC, AE, etc. I ask what is that, they ask if I have a balance of $5,000 or more, I ask them what a balance is. They finally hang up.  Nothing works, it is too hard to report them to the do not call registry because they change the number everyday.  The number will alway say a state or a city and state, that is how you know it is the scammer calling.  They will not leave you alone, unless you block anonymous calls.

I got a call from there and these people would not take my phone number off the list I told them i don't want them calling me and later i get a call from the same number asking me the same thing again I got very Rude with these people and they denied i had talked to them about being on the no call list and when i told them i wanted to talk to there supervisor they hung up!!! When being harrassed ask for there supervisor.

These people keep calling me at 12.42 and I hated it and I answer the phone and some guy said Lower Your Money please press 1 and if you want to exited or get us out of your list please press 2
and then I press 2 and then than keep calling me

I get calls on my land line from "Rachel at card member services" (sometimes it's Heather too) nearly every day, sometimes 4 times a day.  I am on the DNC registry.  Today I got one on my cell for the first time. Great.  At least I can block the number on my cell.

I get a call just about everyday from this Card Servuces crapp.  It is automated.  I have reported them several times but the calls continue to come. They have a multitude of numbers they use in pestering the public.

I am on the Federal Do Not Call list yet I received an unwanted call from this number on 7/11/2012 at 3:44PM (CDT).  The name is "FLORIDA".  It's a shame that the "Do Not Call" laws are unenforced and disrespected.

Please stop these calls. I am on the "do not call registry" and yet I still get them

Which of course is against the law but then they are violating so many other laws what do they care?

This auto-call/roboCall is engaging in criminal harassment:  Calls before 7am, Calls on the Weekends, Weekdays, after 9pm, multiple times during the day and/or evening; pressing number 3 to be "REMOVED" from list only means they sell you to ANOTHER RoboCalling autoDialer Harrasser!!   WHAT is the POINT of the "DO NOT CALL REGISTRY" ?   to Gather information to SELL to the RoboCallers???    WHAT's wrong with the FTC can't they MANAGE or exercise ANY Legal Authority to BENEFIT the CONSUMER???   What about the PHONE Company??? Can't they ACT on a HARASSMENT phone-trace order??   Why aren't they REQUIRED to provide CUSTOMER SERVICE on the LINE I pay for that ROBO-CALLERS "access" with impunity???     to quote Al Pacino's Character----"There's Something VERY WRONG here...!!"
ANY Senators, Congressmen, President-WannaBe's, GOVERNORS, DISTRICT ATTORNEYS, ETC,--MAKE THIS STOP!!!!!    If You're EFFECTIVE(!) you can Count on My Support AND That of Anyone within EARSHOT---WHEN This RoboCalling Madness is ERADICATED~     THEY Fraudulently PRETEND to BE "my" Credit Card Customer Service Dept
