I am getting almost every week once, asking CanI speak to Robert? every time I denied that I am not robert but still calling every week. Dont know what to do? Whom shall I report to?

Got call from foriegn sounding man with "Financial Crime Investigation Unit". Had all my personal info, including bank info, SS#, said I had defaulted on an online loan, and was facing prosecution and arrest. When I asked for some kind of proof or hardcopy of complaint says did not have to supply that.  I have gotten several similar calls from many different phone numbers. When I tried to call back this number, which registered as a cell phone, a recording says not a working number.

I eceived a call from this # 1st time on friday and was calling as plice officer. I realised lateron  that it was fake call. So I defended that guy.
Now he is calling in indain launguage(gujaratI) and shouting  with very very very bad words  which even i cannot describe here.
Today again he called for 75 times.Now I am not picking up his phone.
This # is from CA but 100% sure this is any one call center from india.
We all should go to media and should tell the whole story.
Ploice also does not do any thing. They just advised to block this # through  our carrier.
I do not know what else we can do?
this # could easily be captured by police  if they realy takes interest but....

I get a call from 415-9940000 every so often.  I do not respond because I do not know anyone there.  Sometimes they leave a message with music or I get what sounds like someone awaiting I respond in a room full of operators.  I have registered this number for NO ADVERTISING CALLS but they continue to come in.  Callers expect (1) we will not complaint and (2) that the state or federal government will do nothing.

Same thing. Person calls from this number says his name is Sean Miller heavy accent. He says that I owe money from a PayDay Loan..I have never obtained a PAYDAY LOAN. He said he will call my job unit I am fired. He also asked fro money I told him that I called the police and file a report he told me to Shut the f#$% Up and pay the money. I have documented these calls. The other day he said he would send the police to pick me up it has become quite a game. He calls I say NO he calls back he's is angry becasue I will not give up my personal information. I told him no way I will not be your victim.

I just got a call from this number. The caller was foreign and was in a crowded room, I could barely hear him. I shouted over the noise, "I'm not interested, please don't call her again." He then proceeded to call me a "[***]" and when I asked him to further identify himself he said he is "your [***] boss, ma".

Can someone please get rid of this joker?

These [***] have got me before! Told me I owed money and that I hadd to go to court if I didnt send them money on the phone. I had to change all of my information, bank and call all of my creditors as they had my ss# and all!! Freaked me out!!! So its been 3 months since I had changed all that and this time someones calling saying something was wrong with my computer and that it comes up on google fixbiz.com. I told them I couldnt talk and he got all crazy!

This company keeps calling me insisting that I took out a payday loan.  I did not take out any loans, my credit is crappy and in PA they aren't even legal but anyway...  Today when I was stating that I did not take this out and so on the gentleman on the phone began to call me a [***].  Told me I was going to jail and I would get [***] by the guards and by him and his supervisor.  He continuously used both terms saying repeatedly that was what was going to happen to me.  He then told me to come to the address provided and he would [***] me and my husband or boyfriend and my kids.  I have reported this incident but how do I get this stopped.

I get series of these calls about every 2-3 months.  Definate Indian accent this time said he was from South Dakota police department. (we dont have a state police dept) and that a lawsuit was being filed against me and my ss#. I asked if from SD why 415 area code he said cell phone. I told him SD cell phones still use 605. He said my choice if I didn't want to call atty back.  This is same group who usually ends voice mails with some thing like "call back or good luck as the situation unfolds upon you"
total scammers...

I got a call from this number I hung up and they called me five time after that. Beware very strange person.

I have received several calls from this number in the last 24 hours. So I googled it and came across this page and read all the different reasons he (the indian Fella) addressing himself as Peter something) was calling people. So I decided to have some fun with it myself! LOL - so he called again, and he is calling me about my education. so when he started his little marketing speach, I asked him if he had any viagra for me - he said no we offer you education - he carried on with  his speach - I interupted and told him that I need my medication refilled can he help me - again he told me he is calling about education and carried on - I interupted again and told him I should start my own law suit on him - he apologised and said he is just calling about my education - I asked how he got my number he said I would have to talk to his advisor, I had requested education online recently - i told him I had not and he must never call me again - he apologised and said have a nice day! ;-)

I filed a complaint with the FTC and my Attorney General about them, hopefully they go to jail at some point.

They called about 10 times in the last 5 minutes leaving voicemails of them hanging up.  So then I answered and didn't say anything.  Indian guy just saying hello.  They finally stopped calling.  Thanks for the heads up everyone!

Man with Indian sounding accent tried to get my credit card in order to "give me a refund" on a Dell Computer maintenance policy
