I live in the us and the number called me on 1/4/11 at 8:08 pm. I didn't answer because it was a number i didn't know. The message they left said that for 9.99 a month plus, I could be registered for a chance to win prizes. I attempted to call back and the company said the number wasn't in service.

ok, i looked at my phone and it was ringing. i didn't answer it. they didnt leave a message.

These people, whoever they are continue to call me even after I yell at them! They have called me 5 times in the past 2 days!!!!!

don't answer this call no matter what country you are in! there is no such phone number in the U.S. ! It is a spoofed phone number.

Received call, didn't answer, they left a Voice Mail that said in a very happy female voice "Go ahead, press 1 now!".

They called and did not leave a message, but I don't know any one from that area code

I hate this stupid call, I get it all the time. I'm a first responder (EMS) so I have to keep my phone on in classes, and this irks me to no end when I think I'm going to be responding to a car accident.

I got a call today from 416-123-4567, and they left a voice message...It was a creepy voice like a man and it said "you're not safe" or "are you safe" i'm not sure which, since it's hard to understand with the static...creepy...my mom called the number back and it said it was a non-working number

i keep getting calls and texts from this number, but when i call it says the code i dialed is incorrect D:

I got a couple of calls from 416-123-4567 and noone on other end, one of them was at 1:30am

This # has called several times over the past few days.  Everytime I've answered there is no one there.  Today it was a woman who could barely speak english asking for a name that similar to mine... clearly reading it incorrectly.  She then asked me if I live at __________.  I asked if she was reading that from the phone book.  She asked for the home owner, I asked what she was calling with regards to... she said duct cleaning... told her I don't need their services, she hung up.

I responded to an ad on Craigslist in albany, New York about bulldog puppies for sale.
My first red flag was that she responded and quickly told me she was in Virginia. (Why would she be posting in ny??)  then she tells me I would have to pay $250 for the dog and another amount for her to fly him here. I offered to drive to Virginia just to see what she would say, and she quickly told me she couldn't let me come to her house. Then I lied and said my son was a pilot and he could pick the dog up when he has a layover near there lol. She didn't like that idea either.  I strung her along since last Saturday, so that is about a week. The least I can do is take up her valuable "scamming time" with my nonsense, with her thinking I was a payday, and maybe save a few people from Her [***]. I'm on a temporary lay off from my job. So I often try to find stupid things to amuse myself with. I returned countless emails to her with her believeing I was going to send the money while I went on talking about all these vile things I would do to the puppy she cared so much about. And she just overlooked it all. At one point I even told her we would be setting the dog on fire come New Years eve as a part of an religious celebration. Still she wants to sell me the imaginary puppy.
She asked to call me so I gave her my number. She then starts texting me and tells me she is "Dumb" (can't speak) lol
So we texted. From (503) 482-8040 ... I couldn't find much on the Internet about this number except Her trying to sell animals elsewhere. Finally today since IVe grown bored of her she starts having this dude call me saying he's Her husband with this ridiculous accent and broken English from that (416) 123-4567 number. So I talked to him about nonsensical [***] tried to keep him on the phone. Then I hung up and immediately found this site and hit the jack pot. All these scams. Wow.
This person is straight evil.

Get phone call, it hangs up, when try to phone back it says can not complete as dialed?  1416? What is this about.
