- collector #2| 1 replyI work for a collection agency and let me tell you "collector Dec 22 2009" calling and giving my number to have the calls stop is a bunch of crap. Done that like 20 times and they just continue to be rude and call back the next day. So please give advice that will actually stop the calls
- DaveCommon Collections called me looking for someone named George. These people really need to update their information. Anyway, they were ignorant, arrogant and just plain stupid, I think the guy that called here had the IQ of about lumber. I have noticed an increase in the number of collection agency mis-calls to almost everyone I know, so probably the number of defaults is way on the increase (collapsing financial system) which promotes the creation of these scumbag companies. If they call you whether you owe them money or not, tape them and get them flustered because then they'll really get pissed off and stupid. Then after you have been adequately abused, call an attorney or go file a claim in small claims court. You can have them charged and fined, so they can pay you or they can pay the fine ;-) Become a financial hitman !!!! And beat these @sswipes at their own game.

- CareFaceThese pricks called me at 7 am looking for someone I do not know, the woman was extreemly rude and combative and hung up on me, so I called them back and spammed as many different extensions as I could until I got her back. I continued to do so before she put her supervisor on the line who was equally as rude. I gave them all an earful enough and called enough names to make my feel happy again.

I called in to stop them to increase the limited of $5,000 for my stupid husband's credit card. They told me my name is not on the card, I am not liable to it! So...... long story short after few years the limited increased and max out at about $35,000. He failed to pay! Am I liable, if he can't pay? Stop calling! I feel bad for your guys who work for collection agency for a living....
- LEO| 1 replyTHIS IS A COLLECTION AGENCY PAID ON COMMISSION BY THE CIBC BANK AND CIBC VISA AND LINES OF CREDIT. The CIBC bank gives them your BANK ACCOUNT, YOUR SIN NUMBER, AND THEY GO AND SEIZE YOUR BANK ACCOUNT. They will also do a credit check to obtain more up to date info on you and tag your credit file as in collection. This is done BY LOGGING ON TO EQUIFAX AND USING YOUR SIN AND ADDRESS GIVEN BY THE CIBC AND THEN EQUIFAX DOWNLOADS THE DATA THINKING CCA (COMMON COLLECTION AGENCY IS YOU). They log on using your credit ID supplied by the CIBC BANK. They may call your neighbors to get information pretending to be a courier company, or a family member looking for their son on an urgent matter.
They did a credit check on my brother LEO who then got his home address who then called he landlord who then gave them his home then called his home number. See how they do it... Landlord thought is was me calling for they said it sounded like me. A man.
They are located in 2 story brown building at 11 Progress Ave Suite 202. The office is located in the two story brown building next to the Daisy Mart, corner Kennedy Road, TOLL FREE 888 851 8699.. They also have a 2nd office in a strip mall at Gatineau, Quebec, at 46 Chemin de la Savanne Road, corner Greber Blvd, next to Enterprise Car Rental. TOLL FREE 888 886 1924.
MOVE YOUR MONEY OUT OF THE ACCOUNT NOW, and change the bank account number, or better yet gift the money to your Mom. Or they will seize it and blame it on an AMINISTRATIVE ERROR.
They are small collection agency less than 5 collectors.
THEY WILL MAKE YOU AGREE TO AN ACTION, AND WHEN YOU BREAK YOUR PROMISE THEY WILL SHOW AS BREACH OF A PROMISE. PROMISE TO PAY ONLY WHAT YOU CAN AFFORD NOT MATTER HOW SMALL. OFFER $1.00 A MONTH. OR DONT. THEY WILL HAVE TO TAKE YOU TO COURT TO COLLECT. EVERYBODY DOESNT PAY THEIR BILLS. WHY IVE LOST $40,000 IN UNCOLLECTED MONIES OWED TO ME. I JUST WRITE THEM OFF AND MOVE ON.
LIFES TO SHORT TO WORRY ABOUT BILLS WHEN YOU ARE DYING- Caller: Common Collections Agency

- Annoyedalso replies to noname| 2 repliesThey called me, I called back, they said it was an accident then hung up. I called back and told reception that hanging up is rude and I dont want this crap company calling my phone. She said if you speak that way to me I will "hang up again" then she denied having hung up on me saying she thought the conversation was over so I hung up on her while she was explaining herself.
