These people are exempt from the do not call list. Newspapers, charities, political parties, pollsters and anyone you have done business with now or in the past are all exempt.  Who do we get calls from all the time?- newspapers, charities, political parties and pollsters! The do not call list is a toothless waste of time created by parliamentarians who would rather listen to special interest groups than the people who have to answer the phone in the middle of dinner.

they keep calling at weird late hours

If they can't leave a message then the call was not very important, just a waste of my time and their money on a long distant number. I am glad I did not bother to answer it.

Several calls from 416-630-5150, they do not leave messages and we are registered on the Do Not Call List. Don't recognize this company.

This number has called my house 3 times in the last 2 days but luckily I was not here.

I just wish they would go away.

I have reported these people to the CRTC in the past ... but now they're back again, disturbing the peace of our home.   Is there nothing we can do to punish these S.O.B.s?   Obviously the, "Do Not Call List is totally ineffective -- and I renewed with it within the past month.

I do not know who these people are or what they want. There is no answer on the other end

had a call from this number 3 times at supper time this week and all hangups.  had 2 call today and they were hangups as well

I have received two calls from these guys in the last 2 days. Haven't heard from them in a few years, they used to call all the time but it stopped. Its July 2013, and here we go again!
I'm on the DNC but as everyone else here pointed out, its pretty much meaningless.

Same here- just started receiving calls fron NCC INC a few days back on my cell, if I dont recognize the number I dont answer, and there are no messages, [***]

I answered the phone, and there was silence on the other end.

was getting this number calling before but it stopped for a while but now it has started up again. They never leave a message and no one on  the other end  :-(

Yes, we also got a call we don't answer as we know it's not important as they never leave a message.  Hate being interrupted with type of calls, still can't figure out why the law can't control these telemarkers if that is what they are???????
