I was getting calls from this number on my Bell Mobility work cellphone. They were looking for an individual that was not me.  I told them this several times but the calls continued.  

I finally complained to the Office of the President at Rogers.  I received an emailed reply within 24hrs (on a Sunday) and the calls stopped.

If you are getting calls from this number and are not behind on your Rogers account, you may wish to make a similar complaint. You can find out how to do this by searching the Rogers website with the word "complaint"

I got a call from this number as well... I use TELUS!

Make them stop calling people!

Yeah, since yesterday, this number calls 2 times a day. Actually on my third today. I haven't picked it up, I'm glad I checked the number though. If I had take a stab, I'd say it was Gemma Corp again. They are a third-party of Rogers, trying to sell you [***], and they don't get in trouble because Rogers has HIRED this people to harrass you. Seriously. Found that out on another one of these fourms.

Rogers is balls. This is the only company I know that does this >.<

i just received my first ever '416' call, but i get the '866' calls all the time, sometimes 3x a day...

i don't answer them though, because i'm not about to pay money for a number i don't know..

and guess, what, i'm also with rogers...

WTF !! They called my 4 times today !! I'm with Rogers... a coincidence ? I d'ont believe it ! Stop harrassing me !

This number is Rogers Accounts rec. They are calling because you are past due on your account. The calls will not stop until your account balance is no longer past due. The calls are made by an auto service, once you answer the call, you should wait on the line until the next rep is ready to take your call.

wow.. wtf is this? i just got my new phone a week or 2 ago and ive already gotten the same # 3 times in 2 days.  This is weird...  Thank god im not the only person.. haha...

It's quite possible that this is Rogers calling about my bill.  I'm aware I owe them some money.  I'm not picking up the phone and getting charged long distance so they can tell me about it.  And for serious, if it's a legitimate call and they want to talk to me, leave a real message for crying out loud!  I don't pick up my phone unless the caller is identified, so if they don't leave a message, I'm not going to bother calling them back.  I can't stand Rogers and their 'customer service', and regret every cent I pay them.  If they treated me a little better as a customer, they might be a little higher on my 'to pay' list.  When my contract is over, I will probably throw a party.

I am also new to Rogers, and i just got a call from this number on my cell, then right after on my house phone, both times no one answered

I have been receiving calls daily (often 3-4 times/day) from 416-645-2105 for the last 3 weeks and I am not a Rogers cell user. What's with that? It is getting really annoying!

If your getting that call, it is from Rogers Communications Head office

Just got a call from that number on my new iPhone. Didn't answer because I didn't recognize it. Immediately after that my home phone rang, same number. Answered but dead air.

To the morons saying its the billing department/pay your bill, blah blah blah, I've only had the phone 7 days and haven't received my first bill yet.

Never give out personal information when someone initiates a call to you!

It's an automated call generated by the billing department when your account is past due.  I get it all the time! :)
