I have received several calls on my cell from this number also.  There is never anyone on the line when I answer and no messages are left.   The calls come day and evening which disturbs the family when you have young kids going to bed 8:30 pm!!

Long distance phone calls to a cellphone are not appreciated. If you ask Rogers to take your phone number off the records, they refuse to do so.

called me too...very annoying...how can I block it?

Anytime that I call rogers to make a change to my service, pay a bill, etc. I get a call back from this number. Must be some spy software that they use.

My husband has had a few calls from this number.  He has a Bell cell, but did call Rogers yesterday to terminate our cable.  They gave him a song and dance about how there was a maintenance scheduled and couldn't do it, then said they'd give him a discount, then finally agreed to cut it off in August.  He's picked up calls from this number twice now, and there's never anybody there.  What an annoyance.  Between this and them harassing me about my wireless service, I'll be glad when we're finished with them.  And seriously, if it's Rogers, why can't they ID themselves when they call?  I don't pick up numbers I don't know.

I've been getting calls from this number once a day for the past week or so. I never answer, and they never leave a message. The strangest part is that I have a corporate device, so this is not a number on any individual billing plan, but a company contract which includes several hundred mobile phones - no one else I've spoken with at work gets this number calling them. We are with Rogers, as well, but I did notice that on reverse lookup the provider for this number is Allstream. Definitely something strange, but as long as they don't leave me annoying voice mail I guess I don't care. Good to know it's evidently nothing legitimate, though.

I just got a call from this number this morning! I've been getting strange calls from witheld also, and a person leaving a message saying "hello, this is rogers there is something regarding your account." Something along those lines of that anyway. It's getting really annoying because my bills are paid!!! I just don't get why those idiotic people call my cell phone. I don't think it has anything to do with my phone bill. They have no clue what plan I have with them. Nor with any other people whoa are using Rogers. It's insane! When are they going to wake up and smell the coffee so that they can realize that they are making a lot of people upset with them? Where on earth do they get my number?!?!?!? And anyone elses? I'm also annoyed with these phone calls. I'm using rogers to. I want these people to STOP CALLING and leave me and everyone else alone! In a way, it's invading people's privacy right? Can we report this number to the cops or something?

I get this number, too. This definitely sounds like a scam, since they are calling about trying to collect money even to those who have just gotten a plan.  I would recommend not giving out any personal information!

this number keeps calling me, every day and wouldn't leave a message. It's fairly annoying. I am also a Rogers user. I'm not sure if it's customer service or 'marketing'. But What might help is to Log into the www.rogers.com website and go into "Manage My Marketing Permissions" and uncheck the ones you don't want. If it's marketing related they should not call back. Also register on the National Do Not Call List at www.lnnte-dncl.gc.ca

Just got a call from this number, called it back and it was Rogers.  They had no idea why they called.

this number has called me 3 times now, but i have caller ID so i never pick up, so it's not wasting my minutes... should i pick up next time? i just want to know who it is!!!

This number has been calling everyday and often more than once a day. it calls my cell too and i have just gotten the cell and  have yet to give it out..
Some of the calls are at midnight and one oclock in the morning and THIS is getting a wee bit annoying... I only ask for two minutes with these guys...

If you log into your Rogers account online, they have an option that allows you to opt out of marketing calls.

same as what others are saying - I get calls from this number at least twice a day for the last week. Sometimes early in the morning, during business hours or even late a night. I haven't answered any of these calls and they've never left a message. I figured it was spam of some sort and after reading these posts - I'm writing Rogers and sending them a link to this website!

im currently on the phone with a rogers customer service rep. This is absolutely rediculous. She mentioned that they have third parties that may have been calling. Im sorry but if I am buying a phone and paying 50+ dollars a month for this they should NOT be giving out my number to any third parties. If you get these calls all you have to do is call and get on a DO NOT CALL list. Its rediculous the amount of steps you have to talk to do this and the imformation they require but I best not be getting anymore calls.

I used to be with Bell and changed over to Rogers. I am so mad at myself for this. This is absolutely horrible.

I just got a call from this number as well, I don't understand, everyone is saying it's because your bills arent paid.. I have paid my bills on time, and in full, they come right off my credit card then I just pay my credit card at the end of the month..  This is so wierd.. Why would they keep calling if there is no reason for them to be calling? Ugh!
