I get calls from this number about 4-5 times a day!! At first I thought it was a friend calling from work but when I answered nobody was there. Earlier today they called my cell, as soon as it stopped ringing my home phone started!! As of next week Rogers will no longer be my home phone provider, the reason is clear as to why...they are difficult and the harassment is unbearable!!!

Its Rogers Accounts Receivable.. This is the only company I know that calls after a bill is 4 days late.  I had a current balance of 400 with no outstanding balance which was due Sept 10th.  On the 14th they call and are complaining that I only paid $300 no the whole $400.. Harrasment for $100. Never heard of a company like this before.

So no one actually knows what this is? lol.
Ive been called 8 times this week from this number. 4 to my cell, and then they immediately call my house.
Thought a good Google would solve this but nope, just made me part of a frustrated group of rogers customers.

ya i get the same call about 4 times a day. i dont even have a rogers phone. i have fido though. hey left me a msg saying it's regarding my acct. but i dont have anything with rogers

I have been getting calls from this number in missed calls .Wracking my brains who might have been.I am also Rogers.

I started getting these calls because I was 4 days late on my ROGERS bill. When you pick up, no one is there.  This is costing me airtime.  It's frustrating and should be illegal. I googled it and was sent here.  Glad to know that I am not the only one that is having problems with this Mickey Mouse organization.

New Rogers iPhone user, got several calls from this number with no message left during my first week then another spate at the end of my first month.

It's just Rogers Customer Service calling because your number has been flagged by a computer (not necessarily about billing); the autodialler can't leave a message, and sometimes when you answer you'll get dead air because of a technical glitch.

(Hey Fido users, Rogers owns Fido now so your customer service is also being run through this number.)

If you call Rogers Customer Service at 1-888-764-3771 they'll be happy to help you end the calls.

I've got the same problem. that number calls me often. I've got voicemail and no one ever leaves a message. WHY THE HELL NOT? I phoned the number and it was the Rogers Pay-as-You-Go prompts. HUH? I'm more confused than ever now.

My bills are up-to-date and have been paid in full from Day 1 so I don't know why that number keeps calling.

Isn't the number of calls they(Rogers) make harassment? YES!(especially nwhen no one from there is speaking).

every day since september 15, 2009 I get a call. I am a new rogers's cell phone user. I am keeping a log and will bring it to their attention.

IVe just started receiving the calls today too, 3 on my cell and somehow they know my home number too, im beyond annoyed

Person called me claiming to be from rogers and said I owed $77 on my account. They asked if I would make a credit card payment right away. I told them that I had just paid and spoke to someone last week. They became very aggressive and said if I didnt pay, my phone would be disconnected.
Later on in the day, I called Rogers to complain about the person being rude to me. They searched the number for their collections and didnt come up with anything. The man was very nice and said that my account was fine and i didnt owe $77 (my balance is not due till later this month). He told me that if I owed money, rogers sends a txt to your phone, which I have received in the past.
This person who called me was trying to get my credit card number and scam and/or steal my identity.

DO NOT MAKE ANY PAYMENTS WITH YOUR CREDIT CARD TO ANYONE WITH THIS NUMBER.
If someone calls you saying their from rogers, they should ask you to verify your account info or they will ask you to call rogers back to speak to someone so you know its rogers and not some stranger.

Ignored a call at 8:45pm today from them. I thought it was illegal for telemarketers to call after 6pm or something now.

I just called the number back - Its a Rogers call center, and yes we have Rogers as well
