That number..friggin Rogers...called my house everyday for the past month and a half! My mother and I have a shared plan and they said they wanted to talk to her about the service (basically a survey).. The final time they called was because I made my 3 yr old nephew answer and babble on the phone. So I suppose they were pissed at that lol...

After receiving a call from this number at 9 p.m. last night (and not answering) I queried the # today to find it belongs to Rogers. Because I do have an account with Rogers, I logged into my account online and clicked on the Manage Marketing link and de-selected all forms of advertising ... email, telemarketing, direct mail, etc.

Instructions state that it takes approximately 5 days to take effect.

If you are a Rogers customer, this might be the answer for you too.

i just got my phone a few days ago and they called be literally 10 minutes after i had signed up, so i know for a fact that they are not calling everybody for not paying their bills...it's really annoying when they call me while i am in class or at work

Just got a pleasant 8am Saturday wake up call from this number. I'm also a Rogers customer.

My phone is through Virgin Mobile. This # has been calling for about 2 weeks. I don't answer because it uses up my phone minutes.

I've been getting a phone call almost every day since October when I got my home phone hooked up but they've been calling my cell and not the house phone yet. I've called rogers to see if they could resolve my problem and they told me that it was a automatic number that calls rogers customers on numerous occasions, some sort of customer satisfaction line and they found it odd that there was no answer on the other side. So they gave me the international do not call list and I called but they are still calling sooo this is really weird in my opinion..

They have been calling daily and they are driving me crazy! I'm not with Rogers, but my daughter is, and they want to speak to her about some new promotions. Every day I tell them she no longer lives at home, and yet every day, they keep calling! I've even told them to call her on her cell, which is the Rogers number! It has now gone on for over a month, and they just called again, a few minutes ago, at 5:20 EST.

This is Rogers phone numbers, its is the collections dept. keep getting calls even thou account is fully paid up. Rec 1st call day after it was do. opn a Saturday. Do the [***] not even look at the accounts. here are a few more of there tricks

I was told they are not allowed to leave a message,after 20min of getting pissed off I asked her how anyone is supposed to know who you are,is this good customer service,she even went as far as to say no it is not...go figure cant wait until contract is up. next payment is going to be in F--king pennies.

HAHAHAHA I just called the number back because i was annoyed with getting the calls, turns out the number takes you to an automated rogers acount manager where option one is... bill payment! they are just trying to collect and thats why they keep hasseling everyone, I know im a day late on my payment so thats slightly understandable! hope thats helpfull for you all!

They called once at 8am and then again at noon on Dec 21.  I picked up the one at noon.  It was Rogers customer service calling to tell me that my pre-auth credit card was outdated and that I needed to give them another one.  I never give out my info when someone calls me so I called them back on *611, got thru to customer service and asked them to put me on their internal do not call list.  It's done and there is a note on the file so I have something to go back to if necessary.  Done deal.

So I have been getting called from this number also.  I missed my due date by a couple days but made my payment and reported it online.  So today, over a week after making payment, I have already recieved 4 calls by 2pm.  The first was at 9am...on an effing saturday!!!  

So I called them, and after going through 3 different morons asking the same shyt, I finally get someone who is'nt going to transfer me.  I ask them whats up and get he usual run-around.  I asked why am I getting called 10 times a day or more from this number and the 866 and the 800 number...mo-fo says that Im exaggerating!!  Then he starts with the usual threats.  He says I have 2 choices.  All the calls, or disconnection!  

PHUK ROGERS!!  My 3 year contract is up in a couple monthes and I WILL NOT be signing with them.

Their customer service sucks.  You can't ever talk to anyone face to face. Even if you go to a store, they hand you the CS line.  I get calls BEFORE my due date.  I have even had my service suspended a week before my payment was due.  They are stupidly overpriced for [***] service.

Oh!  One nice feature on this piece of [***] phone from rogers is hte built in "REJECT LIST".  Ha ha ha   guess which numbers are on there now?!?!?!?

I am with Bell home phone and this is the first time I have received a call from this #.  Didn't pick it up, though.

I am with MTS and started getting these calls about 2 weeks ago. Only answered once by mistake, and no one there. Phoning tomorrow to see about blocking it. I'm on pay as you go, and don't want to get billed for these!
