Yes this number calls me 3 times daily, i am starting to suspect them also calling from alberta and toronto numbers. i don't know what they want from me. i picked up last week and told the guy it was really creepy to call a 20 uear old woman 11 times in 24 hours from an effing blocked number.... its not professional conduct, it's harassment. Not to mention the increase in CREAPINESS in not leaving a message.... if i owe them money.. you think they'd leave a number for me to call.. not harass me from an untraceable unreturnable robot calling system. They have botched up my bill so many times... and i have payed upwards of 900 dollars for one month of service when i was moving.. you think they could hold off on the whole... you are behind by 30 bucks.. when half the time i pay them more than i pay my landlord.
i am sick of being treated like a liability and a thief when they are the ones ripping us all off. If anyone figures out a way we can get them to stop harassing us, please post. i am concidering writing a legal complaint and a list of charges they encur by calling me. maybe if they start getting calls from my acts recievables dept IE- my best friend with a voice like fran dresher... they will think twice about calling me at 8 am on my day off!

Officially this number is NOT from Rogers according to their head office.

I'm with telus. Have no Rogers products and never have. Been getting calls the last 4 days from 7am - 10pm
from this number, usually about 3-4 times per day. Never answered.

I keep getting these calls also, for several months now and when i pick no their's no one. But my Mother in law told me it was roger's trying to reach me to sell me something or a plan of somewhat. And i don't really need 2 plans right now or anything from them.

They have called me everyday at the same time for the past 2 days to my cell and home..ever since I got my new Rogers Iphone...Strange??

I recieved this number back to back on both of my cell phone, one on regers and other on telus, very strange and frustrating..... some one have answers on this ?

I live in Alberta and have been with Rogers for years. Just a week or so ago this number started calling. I have never answered it and they have never left a voicemail but they always call twice right in a row and then wait about 6-8 hours and then call twice right in a row again.

Also with Rogers here, got called twice today on my cellphone and twice on my home phone (Telus!). Just like everyone else, no one answers when picked up, so I decided to google the number. I'm glad I'm not the only one who has been getting these calls...

Regarding one of the posts above, if it is "Officially not from Rogers" why didn't they make an announcement of some sort seeing how it affects thousands of their customers?

Been getting calls from same number for the past week. cell phone with Rogers and contract is done in May, they can go suck balls if they think im renewing any [***] with them. Lousy service its not worth what they charge.

What is a CRTC?  I've been receiving those annoying phone call from 416 645 2105 and could I charge more than 10 dollars every time they call me more like 100 or 1000 dollars per call lol.. let me know how this works?

I got the same call today too. First they called my cell phone then thy called my house phone right after.  Then when I called the number there was an automated voice on the other line asking if I needed anything or had any questions or something like that. It really creeped me out :(

On my last bill, Rogers started billing me for incoming texts, so I called them up and had them disable them.

Since then, I've had a call from this number at least once a day. When I answer, it's silence for a minute or so, then the call disconnects.

So I called Rogers, and nobody I spoke to had any idea if it was a rogers number or not ( call display spoofing, you can't trust caller ID anymore)

The customer service lady said my account wasn't overdue, but it sounded like it might be that dept, so she put me over to them...

The guy in billing said it's a customer service issue so he put me back to them.... who put me back to billing... the 2nd billing guy decided that I might have a tech problem with MY phone, which is making them call me.

Yeah, you read that right... he tried to tell me that it was a problem with my phone that was making their auto dialer call me.

So he put me through to the tech folks, and the tech guy had a fairly good laugh about it, and he went ahead and just added the number to a blocked list, so it simply shouldn't ring through anymore.

I just called *611
and after 3 handoffs and 30minutes i got the service person to take my contact number off the "promotions list"

I also told each agent to inform their management to google 6166452105 and read our comments and how much they are annoying their customers with their call center "waste your time not theirs" setting on their autodialer

I urge everyone to due the same ..i mean call *611 ...not program your computer to dial their call center and hang up when they answer so they know what it feels like :)

I got those calls too, and am a rogers user...I don't answer, they call my cell and house up to about 4-5 times a day..I am not sure who it is...I know that If I am at all late paying my bill they call me too and like the First day it's late...not sure if it's the payment department or not, but my cell bill was paid in full this month so it shouldn't be that! But VERY annoying to get these calls all day long!

ROGERS SUCKS..........I answered it, It was rogers. They said I was over due 100 Dollars on my account. I said ya so what as if Rogers is perfect. They ask how was i going to pay?  I said I wasn't my wife was, and hung up on them.

This is a rogers call centre. they call of everything, unpaid bills, to check to see how you like your service and also to sell you other things you may have with a different provider.
you can ask them not to call you unless there is a problem. They have to take you off calling lists if you ask them to.

I got this call too and i called back and it was a registered message from rogers.

this number calls me twice a day and doesnt leave a message i picked up once and no response i also have a rodgers phone this needs to be reported and i might be the one doing that

its freaking rogers 17 times in one day!
