Just got a call from this number, no one there upon answering. Peculiar. My carrier is Rogers but there was no caller info saying the call was from them.

Sick and tired of this number calling. 7 times a day. Enough already.

I am called everyday from this number and its a recording to call 800-267-2070 when I do and explaing no one in this house has a Rogers,they ask my name ect...and put me on hold dont come back on,or they say they will stop the calls and it doesnt stop,today was told that there is no one I can call to stop the herrasing calls, I do not know what to do do.

I have been getting calls from this number every day about 4 times a day for some 60 days.  Once, they left a message.  It was Rogers customer service.  Once, I picked up and told them not to harass me any more.  It was Rogers customer service.  I also get calls from Rogers customer service on other numbers, sometimes in quick succession with this number.

Rogers has the worst customer service on the planet.

Fido is owned by Rogers... So technically it is Rogers.
I am with Fido as well, and I am getting calls from the number quite often.

i've also been getting calls from this number on my home and cell phone, i have recently cancelled my rogers account and the calls started soon after.

They've been calling me for the last month or so, and asking about account information and names of the people in my house. I do not know what to do because when i call this number back, it shows that it is a rogers number...

same here... got a call from this number ... and have a voice mail
when i check the voice mail there is no sound.

Today I recieved a call from this number. I didnt answer as it didnt look familiar. After reviewing I realized this is MY Companies contact for Rogers Communications Accounts Recievables Dept. They are calling for past due Bills. Its an automated system that Dials. If you stay on phone long enough it puts you with a Rep.

It is Rogers. It's an automated harassment service.

My husband has been receiving calls from this number on his cell phone daily and several times a day.  His cell phone is with Telus, but they said they were from Rogers. Luckily I was the primary account holder so they would disclose any information to him. I call Rogers and they said that there is no reason for anyone to be calling him unless bills were unpaid, but our account was cleared.  Watch out people, I smell a scam!

But they are calling people with no balances on their accounts!

Rogers calls when u r just 3 days late. They're scared I won't pay my $100 bill even though I pay regularly and don't miss a month! My 3 days late hurts their $3Million profits I guess. ROGERS - CALL WHEN I've MISSED A WHOLE MONTH, not 3 days after due date. People have paydays you know!

I've been called by this number NOT owing my bill yet. The payment DUE is still 5 days away and they call me asking me to TELL them when to expect my payment!!!!!!!!!!
Why don't I go elsewhere?? More dropped calls and Bell's customer service sucks! Telus, well, LOTS of dropped calls. So, Rogers it is. I've put on my boxing gloves!!!!!

i got this call tonight saying i had unpaid cell bill from rogers ...but i knew i didn't !!!
i call rogers after i hung up with them and its a SCAM ...they want your credit card number!!!!

I waited 10 seconds and said Hello as I figured it was a computer generated call. Sure enough, it is Rogers and their comp dials. It's their collections agency and they're harrassing people with no basis. They threatened to call a collections group on me for a bill I paid ON TIME, claiming I hadn't. When I quoted the date I paid and how I rounded the bill up, the lady became appologetic and said it takes about 5 days for a payment to actually get through their system blah blah. Basically, they're threatening their clients with collections for flaws within their own internal system.

Rogers seems to harass you even when you are just a few days late.  I have another phone with Fido and they don't do that even though Rogers owns them.  I'm switching because my contract just finished.
