It is rogers collection my man, pay your bills or call them back.

They are not a registered Rogers number, I asked Rogers. Got a call from this number saying it was Rogers, asking for my info and stuff. THIS IS A SCAM NUMBER. REPORT IT TO ROGERS RIGHT AWAY. I'm also a Rogers phone owner.

After i reported them to Rofgers, they even tried calling me again, using caller ID faker, using a 1800 number, but thanks to the technology of my cellphone, it said that the call was actually made from this 4166452105 number. If you really wanna know who it is, or if it really Rogers, call 611 from your Rogers phone! If somebody did call you from Rogers, it would be noted on your account. Rogers is investigating this now. Apparently this is a toronto number.

this number has called me 3x in the last few days....i've always paid my bill early so i know its not about bills......on my phone it just shows the number  1-416-645-2195 with "unknown name"

It's Rogers Communications.  If you are an hour late paying your bill they will hound you!!! Calls every three hours!!

Whoever this person or persons are.... they can quit calling me too!!

Got a call from Rogers reminding me that I have an appointment for service installation tomorrow.

not necessarily calling you because you didn't pay your bill..i am a new customer and they called to remind me of my appointment. its a customer service call and yes they did leave a message on my answering machine - this is how i know

i have the same thing happen to me .. i have like three different numbers that call me from rogers and  theres never anyone there its [***] annoying if you ask me

This number belong to ROGERS collection company and as soon as yur bill over due for even 1 day,they keep calling you.

i just started to get calls from this number as of yesterday and now they just called me again at 8 am. i am also with rogers, but i am up to date and always pay my phone bill in fact it's automatically paid i believe from credit.

suspect its from rogers not a phone customer but a cable customer,  they also use phanthom numbers, ones from Colorado in USA ( called back once no one answered but got call from known rogers number30 seconds later ..., like telemarketers they can and do disguise their identity

Just got a call from this number again but this time I answered, the man claimed he was from rogers and said I have a balance of $604 he then asked me if I wanted to pay for it via credit card and that's when I promptly told him to [***] off.

I pity anyone who has fallen for this [***].

I have received MULTIPLE calls a day since we hooked cable up with them, it's 50/50 if someone actually answers when I pick up (they are phoning my TELUS cell phone!) each and every time they do answer it's a "customer satisfaction survey" or them trying to get me to get more services with them or change our package. I have had times where they will call, get no answer, and call again a few seconds later. I don't know who you are all talking to at Rogers but our friend works in their call centre and looked into for us after we were told "we don't know who that is" by them. It is a THIRD PARTY call center, they deal with everything from hounding calls if you bill is late to surveys, marketing and everything in between. Even she said that even though it is "legit" if they are asking you to pay your bill on the phone to hang up and pay through the automated system through rogers itself to be safer since when she looked into it she found over half the complaints about the number are because they want you to verbally tell them you credit card number AND CVS code.....and we all know how stupid it is to give that to anyone!

I got the call last night, told the guy that i was waiting for the money from my ex to pay the bill and he said ok but your still going to get calls.  I said thats fine, i figured i would be paying it today anyways and i just got a call again from them.  Two days in a row.

Talk about no breathing space.

DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE IF YOU SEE THIS NUMBER. I have received several calls and I got curious and answered and it is someone about Rogers billing. This idiot tried to tell me my account is past due and must be paid immediately so I told him he was full of [***] and hung up on him. Excuse me but my account is paid in full and the next payment is not due until October 2. I think they are just trying to jack up our phone bills with these calls and try to keep us on the phone as long as possible so do not answer. They try every scam going to suck money out of us like sending multiple email garbage messages about packages and new phones and online billing and other crap. They sent me several of these while I was on vacation in Cuba for 3 weeks and guess what?? They billed me more than $80 for "DATA" roaming charges during those 3 weeks and I did not have any connection to the internet on my phone the entire time. I have asked them to no longer send me this stuff because of these charges and tried to explain there is no wireless connection in Cuba but they just ignored me. I think this should be illegal and by he way, Rogers suck and they have the worst customer service I have ever seen.

Frustrating I hate that number.. MUST be Rogers.. I may change server because of this..

I too was curious why I as getting so many calls, knowing that my account was fully paid. I called the number back, and the person I spoke to was equally as stumped - my account was obviously up to date.

Then I remembered something - I had bought my husband a cell phone for Christmas which was added to the account. Not long after we activated the phone, we started getting text messages for someone looking for the old owner. Obviously the number had been re-assigned.

When I told this to the service providor on the other end, he cross checked the number and sure enough - it was still associated with someone's old Rogers cable/internet/cell account and they owed money on their bill. Because the person did not update their information when they changed the number, we were getting the collection call.  

They have now taken care of it. Simple misunderstanding.

I have received 12! calls from this number in the past week and I'm not even a rogers customer.  They keep asking for a guy who I don't know and despite the fact that I have told them this every time they continue to call.  Last time, i asked the guy if he had a computer in front of him. He laughed and said yes.  Then i said, please take me off your calling list now as I do not want to receive any more calls from you.  I received another call this morning which I missed while I was in class.  Does anyone have any tips on how to stop them from calling me.  This is getting ridiculous.
