I am receiving calls from number twice a day....afternoon and evening 2:00 pm and 7:00 pm.  I have not answered any......The calls started when i changed my cell #...Guess i will have to change it again.................

I recieved a call rom this number just now...same thing, just dead air. The thing is, Im not even a rogers customer, and never have been.

I got this call, like everyone else has said noone on the line (waited for 20 seconds before hanging up), and I am a Rogers customer as well.

I did receive a follow up call from 1 888 764 3771 a minute later, and it confirmed my move order for a technician to arrive tomorrow.

I assume the first number may be a residual number used in their notification system, and due to a bug (or just negligence on their systems admin behalf), its still part of the automated process to notify customers for anything. (from past due bills, to new installs, to even service surveys).

Either way, slightly annoying.

Okay so I've been receiving phone calls from 416-645-2105 since I transferred my phone number to Rogers, there is never anyone on the other line. Yesterday I got two calls. The first time I called the number back, it sent me to the Rogers call center. So I go through to talk to an agent. Who tried to upsell me internet and cell phone options!!! He didn't offer any direction only said there was no documentation and that any calls from their company comes from the 800# not a 416#. There was no direction whatsoever as to how to attempt to make the calls stop. The third time he tried to upsell me I hung up on him. Later that evening I received another phone call, so I googled the number, found these message boards and can't believe this has been an issue dating back to 2007! So then I took to their Facebook page. This morning I received a reply to my posting... There is an option you can add to your account called "call manager", it can block some numbers and you can order it online.

Seriously, now I have to pay $5/month to have these calls stopped? That's completely absurd, the worst customer service solution I've ever heard of. I'm beyond angry now and thinking about buying out my 3 year contract to go to a different company.
Even if these calls aren't coming from Rogers, if they're coming from a hack it's still leading back to Rogers, don't you think they would want to correct that for their customers??? Instead of telling them to spend an additional $5/month? I'm trying to figure out what to do about this now, it's become completely irritating and I may be developing an eye twitch!

I recieved a phone call from this number but no one was on the other end. And this is not the frist time. Annoying! Who does this number belong too?

I got a call from this number just now and they actually left a message saying that it may take some tmie to resume regular mail service and there may be a delay in the timing of when I'll receive my bill in the mail (due to the Canada Post strike earlier on).  But that I am still required to pay my bill by the payment date and that I can access my account balance information online anytime by signing into the website.

I've been getting calls from this number daily, for at least the last two or three weeks.  I did pick up once or twice, but no answer.  They call all hours, although generally not past 6 or 7pm.  Annoying for sure.  I didn't know it might have been Rogers until I found this site, after Googling the number.

I get these calls from Rogers a few times a day even though I called them to check if i owe any money - which I don't, and specifically told them not to call back - but still do. Idiots.

I also recieved a call from this number. When I answered a woman spoke to me. She knew my full given name, asked if it was me... when I went to ask who was calling the line had already been discounted.

This is a Rogers number.  If you have a new Rogers number, they could be calling to talk to the person who previously had the number.
That happened when I first got a Rogers phone number.  It took me months to try explaining to them that the person they want, doesn't use that phone number anymore.  Idiots...  Now they call at random times for old times sake (I guess).  Very annoying, and the first thing I did when I left Rogers was ban all Rogers telephone numbers.  I don't need their harassment anymore.

yeah this number calls me a few times a day with no answer. i do pay my bills on time and heck i even over paid my last bill. so i don't know why they are calling but i will confront rogers and ask them 'wtf?'.

Got a call from them. automated message saying I have to call back. I call back and my bill was JUST 2 days past due - thats right TWO DAYS and they are hounding for payment. And they bill BEFORE usage, so they are actually hounding for payment on a service I haven't even received yet.

it was just a 'message machine' thing.......:)

have received three calls from this number over the past three days.....fortunately, I was busy and unable to answer the call but there was no answer on the other end when I attempted to redial.

i am getting angry for that phone number that keep calling me all the time and never stop it is 1-416--645-2105
i would not answer the call anymore because it is making me so angry all the time

this is for the rogers credit operations call centre, if you call it back you get an automated message telling you so, they call to remind about overdue bills
