Rogers calling to tell me that their technicians will be coming tomorrow.

i got this number called to my cell twice 4166452105

It is def a Rogers number. They left me a message it was to confirm my installation appointment for the internet. They also called again not 20 mins later from a 1-888 number.

Same, this number has called twice in last week.  Didn't answer either time.  Also Rogers customer.

Got a call from this number a few times. No one is ever on the other end. HACKERS!!!!

These calls are from a collection agency afiliated to Rogers. They are located in the Toronto, Ontario, Canada area.

I get them twice a day now.

I was only gone from the house for an hour and this number called 8 times and left no messages.  I just got another call from the and when I answered, nothing.  I waited for the automated stuff but nothing happened.  I finally hung up.  I haven't had any accounts with Rogers in years and I've previous told them to never call after they started begging me to come back.  I've had the same phone number for 9 years.  No clue what's going on.

I started to get this call to so i called 611 and talked to a Rogers rep and they said it was the collections department. I directed her to this site to see how many customers they were pissing off. She said she would look into it. She said it was because my bill was overdue. It was only overdue because they screwed up my bill and had to credit me and i was waiting for a bill with the correct amount on it so i could issue a cheque with the correct amount and invoice number on it. How will calling me and hanging up solve anything. Yet another strike against Rogers ! This is just nonstop BS ! Can't wait for my contract to finish so I can find a different phone company to jerk me around for another 3 years ! LOL

I am soooooo tired of picking up the phone and nobody there, they call repeatedly, im at the point where I am going to cancel all Rogers services

No reason what so ever why all these large companys cannot have their name assigned to the phone number. Real simple the number comes up first thethe company name appears after or on the bottomof the display unit. If the idiots at the CRTC would make this a law in this counrty, then all of these gd call centers and info groups would just go away.

Same here with rogers.  If you don't answer no message if you do answer......do like I do pretend I don't speak or understand English and mutter on in gibberish.  They don't call back for awhile.  It's worth the charge.  Waiting with bated breath for my ROGERS contract to expire!!

So what I don't get is why they can't leave a message.  They call my cell and then call my home phone.  Both lines have voice mail.  You'd think if it was that important they would leave me a message!!

I just called it back...its Rogers credit department....pay Ur bill...apparently they call people and warn them when they are one day over due...stupid me for forgetting.

416-645-2105 is a Rogers Credit Operations number. I had a call from this number just now and did a google enquiry and read all these messages. It baffles me why the caller does not talk. Probably Rogers has recently hired people who cannot speak English. Good for them!
