So wat if my reading and writing is no good? I have other ways of getting by that do not need them things.

I've decided against this educational institution, Liberty University, due to their non-stop harrassing calls. This is NOT Godly behavior!

I have gone to Liberty and as a college, I like them.

However, they are really really annoying about calling. They have no compunction calling any number of times. It is extremely harassing even if you are a student or former student. I would especially hate if they had my number if I hadn't been a student.

I DID request information and I DID give my phone number and I DID talk at length to a representative.  But they are continuing to call me to try to get me enrolled. IMO that is telemarketing.

Yes, we see you could gain no benefit from a college education.

Not true, I have never given them my number. They keep calling, I finally answered and told the woman to never call again. I'm on the go not call list

I just inquired on the Liberty University Online website. i usually don't answer numbers I don't know, but since I had just submitted the form, I figured out was from Liberty and answered.  After my third (and loudest) hello the caller still didn't say anything, so I hung up (thinking maybe iut want Liberty, but actually a telemarketers that just happened to call as that moment).

So I searched the number, and it is indeed a call from Liberty. However, if this is how they treat perspective students, calling and hanging up on the phone when answered, I'm not sure this is the school for me.  I want to deal with adults!  (The teenagers, pre-teens, and children that I know, don't even play on the phone like that!!!)

Gee, I learned this mnemonic back in kindergarten:

"I before E except after C,
or when sounding like A, as in neighbour or weigh."

This applies most of the time (eight). Of course, in the English language, there are usually a few exceptions to every "rule" (either, height). (The word "being" is just the word "be" with the current tense endings -ing added, so of course the rule wouldn't apply in this case.)

Since there are exceptions, it's not 100% correct; however, it applies most of the time and helps children/kindergarteners learn to spell more words correctly.

These [***] from LU call every flipping day. I blocked their number but they leave voice mails and now text messages.  I've never signed up for their classes nor have I given them my phone number.   I already have a degree and work at a University where I can take classes for free.

I am guessing Liberty University they keep calling me even though I have told them I am ill and cannot take classes at this time.

That's not true. I saw an advertisement on T.V. one night & decided to go on their website. Then I started getting calls from them constantly & when I googled the number, it came up as Liberty University. Seems that they can also track you by your i.p. address.

They call every day several times a day. I keep blocking their number but then they call from different numbers. I am on the Do Not Call list.

The same thing happens to me, except I never answer since I'm in class every time. And I'm from Tucson.

Just rec'd a call from this number.  Caller hung up.  I previously applied for Admission at Liberty but am no longer interested.  I blocked this number and hope they do not call me again

Maybe you should attend, they could teach you how to spell college...

I have been getting calls from this phone number for a long time.  I'm 76 and have never given my phone # out to an online college - very frustrated.  I never answer.
