I received a call didn't answer at that didn't hear the phone to call back busy number. I report these numbers but that doesn't stop them I continue to unwanted calls. so why should I report them if they aren't going to be stopped.

receiving calls from marketplace too, and i already sent in my w-2 to them, and never heard anything back,  its all a bunch of bunk because even with the obama care help the insurance is still too expensive to afford and still live with decency.

The system was a wreck from the get go. Still is, not affordable to me. Still have no health insurance, nobody wants to cover local hospitals and doctors. It's all a fishing contest to see who can establish socialized medicine first.

I received a voice message with the caller id saying it is from Arkansas. I have tried twice returning the call from this number but the message says the line is busy they are working with another client, or that there is no voicemail available. The women in the original message told me that if I don't return the paperwork with the information within 14 days, my application for a penalty waiver will be denied. I have NOT received any such paperwork!! The person leaving the message was very rude.

Got a call today from this number while I was out, They need info on my application (I didn't do one because my policy renewed itself) Of course they won't give my wife the time of day unless she "verifies" some info. YOU CALLED US??? So now the question is: Is it just the usual SCAMS or the usual government INCOMPETENCE? - (of course this is on the last day before deadline & I am on hold FOREVER!!!) So I called the HCM. They said IF the HCM called me there would be a record of it in my accounts audit trail. THERE WAS NOT. SO even though my called ID gave the number 479-877-3203 (which is legit according to the HCM website) It was obviously spoofed. Bottom line people IF the HCM calls you (which they actually may) NEVER give out info...CALL THEM BACK at the 800 318-2596! BTW the HCM suggested I report this incident to the FTC which I have.

I received a call from (479) 877-3203.. The woman asked me to send proof of my citizenship. I know I already submitted. I didn't believe her. She sound unprofessional. Idk if the call was true or not. As today I don't trust where people call me asking for personal info. By the way the woman say she was one of the representative of health care

What's worse is that you signed up on healthcare.gov, THEN started receiving scam messages.  That says the government either sold your information to scum "companies" or left it otherwise unprotected for hackers to obtain.

Got a call claiming to be from healthcare.gov to verify info.

Agent asked for my information and stated they did not know how they got my number and they would remove it from their list.

We were left a voicemail message from this number.   I listened to the message 10 times and could barely understand it.  The caller spoke too fast and had a strange accent.   They did leave the correct healthcare.gov 800 phone number for me to call, but I don't know what additional information they need.

They called me today and wanted to verify my information, I said, ok, give me the information, she said, no, you have to do it, I told them "how do I know that you are you?". She said, then call 1800xyavavahrd, I said, wait, let me write it down... she HANG UP.

Do not speak to this person. They called and tried to confirm my address. Said they were with Healthcare.gov and the HealthCare Marketplace. Scam scam scam. When I said when I said I did not feel comfortable she said she was just trying to keep me from losing my coverage because of missing information on my application. Gave me the phone number 800-318-2196 to call back. It is the number for a national marketing firm.

Called and claimed to be the healthcare marketplace and asked me to fax them my W2 right away. I refused

Same here.Started asking about my incomplete application at healthcare market place and started asking about my immigration status and stuff. Def sounds like scam

It's a scam number. Shouldn't give out sensitive info.

IT IS A SCAM!  I didn't answer. They left a message. They claimed to be with healthcare.gov. Said my application wasn't complete and thry needed more information. Well, I didn't got through healthcare.gov. I dealt straight with the insurer because I don't qualify for the subsidy anyway. And, my ACA-compliant  plan is the same plan I had last year that rolled over. It didn't change. It called from an Arkansas area code, yet left a 1-800 number to all back. Do NOT give these people any information. This screams of ID theft. Besides, even if you did go through the market place, it would not have went through the first time if your application was not complete. It's not possible. And if there was an issue, you'd be contacted by the insurance company providing the coverage, not the government market place. And, they would contact you through snail-mail. Not via phone call.

They called me tonight at 834 pm, asking  about more information for insurance purposes! Insurance that started two months ago!

They called me and told me that Health Market Insurance needs proof of paystubs..He also told me to verify he was talking to me by getting me tell him my Birthday & social security.Come to find out its a fraud.What can I do?

Gave them all my information.  SSN, DOB, ALL previous address, blood type, mothers maiden name.   Let em have it.  I don't care.
