Call and a robotic machine ask to wait for a representative and hang up!

GE Money is also Walmart Credit cards.

Do not doubt for a minute this is GE Money or GE Financial. Yes we used care credit - our dog had to have immediate emergency surgery.  I did  not intentionally become unemployed after looking for almost 6 months and got a temporary position but have not gotten another one although I am registered at 3 employment agencies and Work Force. I am not eligible for unemployment because the place I worked did not pay into the system - they had their own pension plan instead of social security making me ineligible for unemployment compensation.  The calls are maddening not just them but US Bank as well. (and yes we tried to sell the truck) Sorry, GE Money - the US Internal Revenue takes precedence over  you - get in line. If they stayed on the line I'd tell them this - and I'm going without food  either. I already had my health insurance canceled. so just get in line. My husband is already retired and gets up at 2 am 7 days a week to run 2 paper routes. I have some sewing customers and we are not as bad off as some folks are.  If they called me tomorrow I wouldn't take a job as a 2-bit low turnover bill collector/harasser. My soul and dignity are still in tact.

caller calls never asks for my name, tells me to hold on and then nothing...happens at least three times a day..if it is inregards to money that is owed them, they should put a live person on to explain the situation

I get their calls about the time I get my GE Care Credit Statement. When I tell them it is mailed in, they try to do a check by phone and charge me the fees. No thank you. Since they are calling my cell, I have added thier number to a do not pick up contact in my address book. All calls to this contact go directly to voicemail or ring silent. If they won't leave a message, no sense in calling the number back. They will get thier payment on time, without costing me more money for check by phone fees. Add to that, the few times I picked up and spoke to a rep, thier english was rapid fire and I could not understand them anyway.

i have about $300 sitting a collections agency, i 100% plan on paying it off but who has an extra 300 laying around??? so im always leery of answering strange 1-800 numbers or out of state numbers so i didnt answer this one the call at the stupidest times...first time they called the lady said" this is not a solicitation but this is a major finincial issue and you need to clear it up ASAP....im thinking "oh crap"....they keep calling and calling and calling..on the 7th call ano'ther voicemail.... so i listen to it.. first thing it says..."this message is for john blair"......lol im thinking "HA! not me this time"..... whomever had my # before me is on there list!.....

This company keeps calling me over and over from several different numbers. I cannot even speak with a person to tell them to stop calling as there is nobody on the line when I pick up the phone - just a robot asking me to call them. When I call them, I am asked to enter my account information before I can go any further. I do not have an account with GE Money so I cannot go any further into their phone system! The system just hangs up on me.Quite frustrating. This should be illegal. If you cannot talk to a live person they should not be able to call you!!! I've had the same phone number for some time now so I don't think it's even a wrong person/wrong phone number issue. I think they are scam artists!!!

I answer the phones for a huge company and they called looking for 2 different names. When the noticed I answered the phone with... "Good Morning __company name_ how may i help you?" they apologised and said they would take our number off their list. I hope so, I hate to get interupted all day because someone didnt pay their bill.

THis is GE money getting my Lasik was  a great idea, but getting the money from them was the worst. They use over seas callers so you cant understand them, they charge carazy fees, dont like to work with you, and call all times and days of the week. Will be so glad when i pay them off.

I get numerous calls everyday, even Sunday, they are really annoying me and I wish they would stop

this number calls me but when I call it back a computer comes on and says it is a non working number!

Looked the number up.  Says it's a TMobile number from Maricopa County and that it's a LANDLINE?!  I'm pretty sure TMobile does CELL PHONES!?

You know, I paid their stupid bill through their website, but my bank rejects the payment. I have no idea why. No one calls (from GE or the bank) to tell me that the money wasn't sent.  This has happened three times; If I pay it though the bank online pay, it works fine, but it's a longer lead time. Every time I forget to pay on a weekend, I think "okay, I'll try to go through GE today", but it NEVER WORKS!  I think my bank must know something I don't...either that, or GE wants to get that extra $30 for my pament being "late" because THEY rejected it.

After I pay this off, I will NEVER get another GE Care Credit card again!

The volume on this call is very low, but they just keep calling and I don't know why.  They never leave a message or ever say who they are.

Keeps calling.Ansering machine on.someone said hello hello then hung up.I don't pick up unless i know who it is.I get calls several times a day.I am on social security so money is tight.

This is the finance company for Ashley Furniture as well as others too.
I had bought furniture through them once and paid cash for everything but $ 500.00.
And this was paid off and the bill was 0.00 balance after like 30 days or so.
This had all happened in July of 2011 and I still receive up to 4 calls a day from them.
I have found nothing that stops them from calling.
