- KaylaHave been receiving multiple calls a day from this number. I know it is GE Money. I have a Care Credit account with them which has fallen behind because it will not allow me to make payments with my SSI debit card, and is only giving me the option to use a bank account, which I do not have. I have thus fallen behind on payments, despite attempting multiple times to call GE Money and get hold of an actual person to resolve the issue. This number calls constantly, as early as 8am, or multiple times while I am at work, and a message is never left about anything. Unfortunately, upon calling the number back, I've found that I get a message claiming that I am 'not authorized to make calls to this number.' So I'm at a loss as to how to resolve the issue at all, and honestly, if the number calls one more time today and I try to call back and find myself unable to do so one more time, I'm going to report the entire company to the Better Business Bureau, because this is ridiculous.

- justme57I receive multiple calls from this number. Automated calls, followed by being put on hold. Foreign person named "Lisa" that I could barely understand. I was late on my payment to Care Credit by a couple of days. This company claims to be GE Moneybank, and when you call them back, the recorded message does say it's GE Moneybank. Not only was it difficult to understand her, but the phone beeps every 3 seconds, so it continuously cuts out part of the conversation, so you keep having to ask her to repeat herself and vise-versa. She wanted me to make 2 payments for this month and next month and wanted my debit card or checking account number. I reluctantly gave her a number for a different card to make the payment, and she didn't even offer a confirmation number until I asked. In fact, everything I asked her for to use as verification, including her name and a callback number seemed catch her off guard and annoy her.

- Zann replies to JanaThe same thing is happening to me! For about a week now - first call at 9:01 AM then several other calls during the day. I've called the number back to get my number removed from their list - 4 times. I don't know what they're goal is, but if it is to annoy me, goal achieved!
- Mike| 1 replyGE Money or Care Credit is a major rip off which I am surprised any state still allows them to do business. The state attorney general's office in New York has been going after them due to their extremely high interest rates which are you kept totally in the dark about at the time you get credit with them. Total rip off. Completely unprofessional and shouldn't be licensed in any state in this country.

- concernedI got a call from this number this morning around 8:50 a.m Pacific time. They called me twice yesterday but because I do not answer calls that I do not know, I didn't attempt to question the called. What is more strange, my phone number is a restricted number (blocked) and so I wonder how it is they got my phone number. So this caller is from Arizona?
- Caller: no idea
- lisaWho is calling me from this number
- IrritatedYou can report them on donotcall.gov.
- Caller: I refused to answer and they don't leave a message stating their business.
- FISCHERKLASI have a CareCredit account (For some medical expenses) and I was late on a payment. I believe that is why they are calling me. Unfortunately due to all the credit card scams lately (Target) I refuse to choose the correct zipcode for my account. A scammer could easily use this type of robo-calling to piece missing information together and steal my identity.
- Caller: GE Capital (CareCredit)
- Call type: Debt collector
- FISCHERKLAS replies to MikeThey offered us a 6 month and 12 month no interest period so that my children could have major dental surgeries not covered by insurance.
- hopeless replies to MaggieBad news, if you're like me, I don't think you're ever going to pay it off. I have been paying on this 500.00 bill for veterinary services over 5 years and it's 1300 dollars. I don't think they want you to pay it off. Paid 800.00 dollars last year alone. I don't know what to do about this one. The phone calls are maddening and I'm done paying them. The balance never goes down-it goes up.
- FedUp in OregonJust started calling my house phone out of the blue. They leave no messages, but then turn and immediately call my husband's cell where they do leave a message as GE Credit. The one and only GE credit ANYTHING this household has is in excellent standing so no clue as to what they want.
- Caller: GE Credit
- ShannonCalled cell which is on the no call list. Called on a Sunday which is super annoying!
