they keep calling speaking nothing but spanish...i try to explain that this as an african-american household...emphasis on american and that we speak our nations language...i feel like this might be a recording

i got a called from this number they asked for my dad and when i told them he wasnt here they wanted to know my name and tell me i won something. even after i gave them a fake name they still keeped telling me my name was the winner of something.

I, too, received many calls from these people and they answered your greeting in spanish.  So I gave the phone to my husband immediately and told him to speak to these jerks in spanish (since he can speak it) and he just repeated everything they said! It was so funny. They got annoyed and hung up.  They called again an hour later and my hubby did the same thing.  That was about 5 days ago, they haven't called since.  I guess he really pissed them off. LOL

480 999 1234 same number called me today asked me in broken english if I speak spanish then hung up immediately afterwards.I've skimmed through the forum and I see no one else has a clue to what to do with this annoyance.

I received a call from this number 4809991234.  By any chance does this number appear if someone is calling internationally?  Maybe a calling card or just a number that shows up from calling over seas?

I get these calls every night.  I just click "talk" to answer and "end" to hang up, I don't even say "Hello"

Has anyone been successful in getting them to STOP CALLING? I also get calls several times a day.

I have been reading all these posts from a lot of people. The reason these people hang up is that they get paid for every call they make reguardless if you hang up or not. Once you answer the phone and they hang up it is for their benefit. Same goes for answering machines. Every time they call my house I don't answer it. I have a few calls from different numbers and I know they are combined with the rest of these so called idiotic people who are beating the system. SO DON'T ANSWER ANY OF THESE CALLS AND THEY WILL EVEVTUALLY STOP CALLING.

well they say they are a phone company sending out promotional calling cards with 500 minutes anywere even internationally so they say

they keep calling....
don't know who they are....
but dislike it completely....
the language situation should not be an issue, nor the language of the United States, the United States does not have an OFFICIAL language stated, English is only the language that is used most widely.....
the REAL ISSUE is that whomever is behind the calls needs to be stopped!

When I get calls from this number, no one is there.  STOP calling me.

people are calling from this number to my dads phone and will not stop when he answered his phone they just hang up...he is getting 4 to 5 calls a day from this. What can i do to stop it

I have received the call from 480-999-1234, few times already on the two phones that I have. First time I answered one of my phones, spanish speaking woman asked me "habla espanol?" I said NO and she hung up. Second time I received a call from same number but my other phone I asked "WHO'S THIS?" but they hang up on me. So far I had 3 calls on both of my phones in two days. I just want that to stop. I expect a lot of important phone calls and do NOT want to be bothered for somebody who has nothing better to do than bother the whole world.

americas native language is no where near english

VoIP user - just started getting these calls... have gotten 4 or so in the past week...

they call me n say bueno wich means they r saying hello.. i say bueno bak n they speak spanish n all i understand is that they think we called.. they called me 2 or 3 times every day

I started receiving calls from this number four days ago. I returned the call and it sait, the number is not in service.  This is very concerning to me. What is going on? Do any one have any suggestions.  I stopped callling back after the last call today.
