Speaking spanish, does not understand english. Would like them to quit calling me.

Annoying.  3x a day.  Won't respond most times... Usually don't waste my time answering.. Today answered speaking Spanish.   I figured it was a scam...

If you're an AT&T customer and you're tired of receiving calls from companies that try to sell you something you don't want or you're having people pester you over the phone, you can easily stop these people from bothering you. AT&T has a call blocking service that you can activate and use in a few simple steps so you won't have to ignore the phone or hang up in the faces of people to whom you don't wish to talk.

AT&T local telephone service
Simple Service
Step 1Dial "*60" and listen to the voice instructions.

Step 2Press "3" to turn your call blocking service on.

Step 3Press the "#" button.

Step 4Dial the telephone number that you want to block.

Step 5Press the "#" button again to block the number.

We received three (3) calls from this number TODAY.  Very little is said and then a hang up.

they call and ask if you speak spanish. when you say no they hang up on you. they also don't say what company or who is calling.

Received repeated calls from 480-999-1234 ...  Either immediate hang ups or Spanish speaking individuals who hang up when they hear English...  Calling the number back yields 'Invalid Number'... They are modifying the caller-ID number to appear valid.

I have rec'd calls w/in the following days that have been displayed on caller id...and other times while I've been on a call w/someone, it wasn't identified but when I transferred over, it was them again.  They've had the audacity to call as early as 8am...so those weren't recorded. I decided to get on the internet to see whose # this belongs to and guess I'm not the only person who's been harassed.

I've told them to quit harassing me as I would contact our attorney...then they hang up.  Each time I've communicated with an incompetent Hispanic person who refuses to remove our phone number.  They understand WTH I'm saying as I'm saying it in Spanish...so there's no excuse.  They have indicated they are from Qwest.  It must be sad that Qwest is suffereing during these economics to initiate having these Hispanics call us to attain customers.  They sure do lack the understanding of knowing that we are not interested from the day they called us, as we politely asked them in the beginning to remove us.  This is not a glitch at all, and definitely harassment.

I answered 480-999-1234 with "Hello", they said "Buenos Dias".....I hung up. Now I am wondering if they were able to make a connection to use my number for their long distance calla?!?!?!?!?

Calls several times a day...no answer...they need to stop calling

The Phone 480-999-1234 KEEPS CALLING TO MY HOUSE PH NUMBER UP TO 8 TIMES A DAY.

When i try for them to give me some information they say it really fast so u wont understand what they say. When they call my house they only speak to me in spanish.. The ladies last name is Castillo.
I have AT&T so i cant block the number but i set up an anti slamming block with AT&T so they can't switch the line to their company.
This annoying calls try to scam you by saying that you have won 500 free minutes.
I did report the number to the Texas Attorney General but so far they have not done anything!

Someone called from that number, a female voice said something and hung up

Wow! That's a perfect and sooo correct answer to that comment...I wish everyone living here in the U.S.A. understand that because even when people like that one doesn't like the truth, they (our Native American) were the real "Americans" and they have a different "language" in each tribes.

I couldn't found who's # is this, but I enjoyed reading all the replies! And yes they are annoying!!!!!

You people are dumb to think the government will do something about this. They are in fact the ones that like this because our uncle Sam will collect his cut every year. Now explain why the government should stop this.......
