same things just happened to me...i called back got the heycosmo and you message is being retireved...i called off our landline...we shall see what happens! i hate these kinds of calls!

I get calls like this all the time!  From all around the country!  I got a call from this number just now.  It rang once and stopped.  I'm getting pissed off!

Sept 04, 2009 16:17pm Central -- Also got a single ring on cell phone and then phone says missed call.  Did not call the number back based on the info in this site.

Got a missed call from this number; saw all these msgs so did not call back.

they called me, and i live in md, at 9:03, i was asleep,but i went onto the web, and found this site. i looked up this "hey cosmo" stuff and you can block them from calling your number, it doesn't exactly explain what it is, but it's definitely promotional.

Got the call on my unpublished cell phone.  I was unable to answer and since I didn't know the number I called it back.  Once it said something about Kayne West I hung up.  I live in MI.  This call will never be answered again.

Same thing as everybod above, I live in So. California, they called my cell phone.
What happened to not being able to call from the "NO CALL LIST"?

Just called my cell (Sunday 09/06/09 - 3:23 PM Central), nobody on the line. Not going to waste time calling this yo-yo back based on all of the comments I have seen for this number

I received a call from this number yesterday. I was at ER Room so I didn't answer. I don't know anyone in Pennsylvania. My advice for phone numbers is if you don't know the number, don't pick it up. If they have something important to say they should leave you a voicemail.

Called let ring once then hung up.

I rec's a call at 2:30 pm here in San Antonio. The phone rang once then hung up. I see it is a number out of Philadlphia.

just got a call from this number too.  Was on the other line and didn't answer it.  I'm a CA area code.

this is a survey company. I had my car serviced at acura and they call me every time to see how i liked my service. they will not give up until they get you on the phone. they must get paid by the response, no respone no pay.

same thing - probably a telemarketer. wouldn't worry about it.

Got a call from this number, did not answer; traced it back to Bethlehem, PA, Paetec COmmunications??...

Added to MCleaner blacklist on my phone, i'll never have to worry about this again.

I've received similar phone calls from a different number, researched it, and found it to be linked to Kaplan, a company who provides student practice testing material.  People on the other blog said they had calls from other numbers too so maybe this is as well?  Very annoying!
