received at missed call at 753 pm. called it back, it was a recording saying it was the hey cosmo message service, please wait to retreive your message. then it said my number was not in their system and it hung up.  I have filed a complaint with the fcc and the do not call registry since my cell phone was listed on there.  

has anyone found out if there were any fees for calling the number back? now I am worried about that and now who has my number.

I got that call at 8 pm  ,i call back and machine talking...They should not make a call...

Got a call from this number but no one talked.  I called back and got a reply syaing that my no is not registered with them to retrieve any message.

Also in CA. Also got a call; quick ring, no message. Annoying.

just received call from 484-892-6078 - only half a ring, then hung up - agree with all the above postings - very annoying

Also in CA and had a missed call at 10AM to my cell phone.  It's either a scam or a mistake; either way don't call back and let them know your number is active.

Same here. tried calling back and an automatic thing started to talk. couldn't understand what it was saying.

484-892-6078 called me and my phone was in my hand.  It was a half ring and hung up before I could get the phone to my ear.  Northern California.

Sept. 17th @ 4:30 pm....rang twice...they didn't leave a messge

Rang once then stopped, called it back and a message played about "wiggity whack" ring tones from Kanye West, Lady Gaga, etc. Said if I wanted "to receive a text message, press one now."
C'mon, now! I'm on the dang National Do Not Call List!

Im in California, got the call from this number a few minutes ago, it rang only once before I was able to answer.

This is a company that sells ringtones.  More likely is they are trying to build a database of working numbers.  Do not call back.

Got call on 09/18/09, no message left

came up as a missed call two times this month..dont know anyone in Pennsylvania.

Called me 7:51 pm (PST) in San Diego.  1 ring, thought that was odd. Sure enough, found the # on here.  Won't be calling them back, thanks for the info everyone!

PS - To add to my note... I have Helio (now Virgin Mobile)

got a call tonight @ 7:14pm...live in CA. I didn't pick up...they didn't leave message. Annoying how lately I'm getting weird calls from area codes I don't even know.
