Turn off your ringer, a legitimate caller will leave a message.

So, as indicated by almost EVERYONE that bothered to find out, answer it once, and it will stop.

VINE is a service, someone in your household would have to have requested for some of the following reasons. To be notified of a sex offender or any inmate being released from jail or prison.  To get them to stop calling, you have to use a pin number someone in your home used to start the service.  This could have been initiated years ago.

This is not a SPAM service. So, find out who initiated help from VINE, and have them use their pin code to stop the calls.

This number called me 8 times yesterday saying there was an offender in wood Co and when the matter is resolved they would contact me 5

I have recieved over 15 calls from this number today

it's not hard people, if you have an Android download CallBlocker Pro and set it to only allow people in your contacts, anyone outside your contacts will get dropped, no voice mail and you can tell it do not notify me meaning all aspects of them bothering you will stop and they'll eventually give up.

How do I get them to stop calling me every two hours even at 3 in the morning.

Yall keep on calling my cell phone saying i am register to receive notifications for some guy in prison that i have no clue on who he is and yall need to remove my number from the call list please yall are calling me way to much about this person i never meet take me off the call list now please

Ma'am, no one here on this site is calling you and relaying your request is not something anyone here can do for you either.  First thing to do is to try blocking the number, with some luck, that will work.

I have not given this number out to more than a handful of people. Basically NO ONE has this number and it certainly was not given to this outfit. Therefore I consider this either a scam or someone has made a huge mistake.

It would help everyone to understand better if you explained why you think that someone actually needs to know your number to call it.
