Number 1-859-401-2862 as this was on caller ID as was getting too many calls. Showed out of area, but number was there. Called number and was an insulation company. Said no one there was calling. Told them someone was using their number and should check with phone company. Don't know if worked or not. We'll see..

Someone keeps calling from this number day and night. This phone belongs to our Company and says it is an automated call and will keep calling until the pin number is entered.   Cannot talk to anyone calls constant.

My teenage gradson continually gets calls from this number every day.  He has asked them to stop calling but they continue until all hours of the night.  It is affecting him in his schoolwork because he cannot get any sleep.  Can someone PLEASE do something to stop these annoying calls!!!!!

This Is True... This number Is TheNumber That Shows Up On My Caller Id Any Time there Is A Change In The custody Status Of My Offender.  Its Annoying Sometimes Like Today And Last Night, But Im Grateful For It.. program  Is Called vinelink. In My Case Its Necessary. That Sucks That Yall AreGetting Calls That You Shouldn't Be But This Program is Great For The People Its Meant To Help, And It Has Definitely Saves Lives.

They have called me 4 times today. It's a recording and all it says is put in your PIN number to verify your account with us.

its for people that are victums in an open case it calls an tells you about an INMATE IN JAIL. SOME ONE HAD TO SIGN UP 4 U 2 GET A CALL. Or some one just used a random number an it happened to be yours . You can call ...(866) 976-8267 an ask to be removed. Hope this helps good-luck

I have NOT answered this call, and have blocked it.  That being said, I SHOULD have realized what it was, as I DO have VINE service in another state.  Makes perfectly good sense to me now.  On my REAL VINE service, I get notifications, virtually immediately, when my "inmate" is moved, released, or has a change in status.  Let me tell you, it's a lifesaver.  And yes, they continue to call until I answer my phone and put in my self selected PIN number.
This was extremely aggravating to me, and I am a VINE user.  I can't imagine what it is to those people who do not understand the service of VINE........ all I can do is pray you NEVER have a legitimate need for it.
Perhaps in the future, they will manage to fix whatever glitch is in that system.  ANYONE can go on there and enter ANY PHONE number and give it ANY pin number.  Or it could just be a mistake.  Regardless, as I said, I understand everyone's grievance, truly.  With so many marketing schemes out there, it's easy to be annoyed needlessly.  Let's hope this gets fixed quickly, so that the truly legitimate calls get to those victims who need them.

This idiot number is calling me every two hours for 3days. Ive blocked the call but it still goes to voicemail and fills it up...preventing me from recieving any other messages. Ive never set up an account with them and it says to enter a pin number. Please get this thing to stop!

Called my cell phone and hung up and cannot call back.

This num, has called non stop for the last few days, never leaves a mess❗ about once an hr. This has to be some kind of a prank caller or against the law, if I could find out who I would press charges if it is a law. Starts at 11pm till,  WELL I DON'T KNOW ⁉
