Have received 6 calls within last 2 weeks. They do not say anything in the voicemail they leave.

Receive a phone call at least every 3 days even after being asked to stop. I asked them to send me an inquiry of the bills they claim I havnt paid (They were paid more than a year ago). They have contacted family members as well. Complaints have been filed with FTC.

Getting calls from them at all hours of the day and night seven days a week. I don't have any outstanding medical bills. Any I've had  are paid up in full. The number is 502-267-7522.

Yea, I answered the call once.  The lady I spoke with said I had outstanding medical bills for a wrist exam (I KNEW that I had only one bill for this, and I was looking at it while on the phone with her).  I asked where it was from and she refused to provide any information on the company who the charges were for.  This number is [***].  I hope the lawsuit you guys are talking about works. Screw this scamming [***] company.

I just got an automated call to my cell phone from this medical collections company. Incidentally when I had this radiology done I wrote right on the addmittance form that I would not and could not pay for these services if their indigent care didn't. You may contact me at dnahelpnurse@gmail.com.

I am currently out of the country and each one of these calls costs money, even if I don't answer. How do I get them to stop? I am a college student and definitely don't have any medical bills.

I just received an automated call from this number on Easter Sunday at 7:15 pm. Rolled to my voicemail but nothing but an empty message

This number has already called 4 times since last week. My voicemail picks up and they never leave a message. Just dead air. From reading these posts, I hope the annoying idiots get heavily fined in court!

Been called up to 12 times a day by this company using 2 to 3 different but same area code #'s.They are asking for a guy named Andrew Snyder who has not lived here for at least 3 1/2 yrs. That's when I bought my house.Got this phone # about 2 yrs after wards and had no problems till just the last 3 months. So,why do they call my # which I know this guy never had and I clearly own the home and phone #.Only place they could have got that was comcast.
I also followed all their instuctions,which were automated about if this is not Andrew,press #2 and we will stop calling.Then one call instruction said and I quote if you arent Andrew then hang up now,this is private information and it is illegal for you to talk to us in our attempt to collect a bill,but when I hung up the first two times then they still called my phone.So,its my # and they harrasse me and if i hang up they call,when I follow the instructions they give,they call.They just keep calling. So no matter what you do this company still keeps calling even when you say Im not the man,dont know the man and dont care to,it is clear according to all legal records that I pay all taxes on the home and even purchased my phone # in a bundle plan with comcast and the only names associated with that is me and my wife,so why do they call me in the first place just cause a guy may have lived in a place 20 years ago dont mean the rest of us should have to tolerate his past issues-whatever they may be..
Sick of it all,sometimes you just wonder why the recession never puts company's like this out of business.

Automated voice asking for A person and asking to press one if this is person press 2 if person is unavailable or press 3 to be removed from list. I am a diabled veteran and before i can answer they leave a voice message and hang up. I am pretty much bedbound for now because of spine surgeries, pain and muscle atrophy and they always end up waking me up- I hate automated calls, have put my name on the no call list for years, have not these people or companies realized no one wants automated voice calls?

Got a call from 502-267-7522 this morning at 8:42 am. I am disable and bed ridden and I do not answer unknown calls. No ID was shown, in fact one of my answering devices recorded all 0's while another got a series of numbers 0115022677522 and from this I was able to get the number that called. I know that debt collectors ARE exempt from calls such as this IF you owe money. However if you don't, then how do you stop it because we all know that any retuned calls always say they are not the person they are looking for so these places never listen to anything you have to say. After looking on line this seems to be a collection method for medical bills. I've been covered with insurance for many years and have no medical bills thank goodness.

They are calling my work and my cell non-stop!  I give my home number for contacting me and my work and cell for emergency contact only.  Yes, I know I have unpaid medical bills in the thousands and I pay as I can, but I can't agree to their strict payment plans.  I have guardianship of my parents and work full-time to take care of them and also my family.  I do what I can when I can.  I have asked them not to call me at work or on my cell phone but they call my work after hours and leave those robo messages on the receptionists voicemail, not even mine.  They call my cell phone all hours of the day and night several times every day.  I have gotten tired of asking them to stop and have told them I send the hospital money when I can but will not agree to anything with a collection agency.  I have gotten burned that way before, where I made arrangements on a smaller agreed upon amount, only to have a different collection agency show up on my credit report for the same exact debt and the debt to the hospital never showed paid even after I settled with a collection agency.  These days, I just mail a small payment to the hospital whenever I can about every 4-6 weeks, towards my combined balance.

They Don't say anything so you will call them back......and they aren't violating any laws since YOU called Them.
