They did this to me today!

They called me twice back to back while I was on another call, from 502-267-0772 when I called back they said they were the R Agency and that they never called. My call log says otherwise. I have been in dispute with them over a debt my insurance paid in full in 9/15. They refused to tell me who the debt was owed to just gave me date of service. Lucky for me I knew exactly where I was and what happened on that particular day. I contacted the hospital and sure enough, my bill was paid in full by my insurance. Hospital even faxed me an itemized bill with a 0 balance. Turned out the hospital mistakenly reported one of my services that day to GLA. The hospital had a liaison they called and subitted all piad invoives and requested the debt be removed as it was a mistake. GLA refuses to remove the debt, insists that I pay it even though it was proven by their client, Baptist Health Lexington that I owed nothing and it was a mistake. Now I have a collections account reported to all three credit agencies and GLA will not delete from any. I am 2 weeks shy of closing on a home and they very well may screw me out of it. It is the only derogatory mark on my credit. Had my Husband not had a Hiccup on his report we would have time to continue to dispute, but now we already had to ask for an extension on closing date.

They called me 4 times daily on home and cell phone and every time I answered, no one was there or it put me on hold and I hung up after so long. I am considering lawsuit for falsely reporting to credit agencies and demanding I pay a debt I do not owe.

Receiving calls from this number.  They either don't leave a message or just keep repeating my first name.  Not sure who they are as they do not state it in any message they leave on my answering machine.

I get calls from this number a few time s a day, a few times a week but mostly on weekends.

Multiple calls/no voice mails

They call me at like 2 tov3 times a day........which  I do have a small medical bill with them. So maybe I should tell them to pay my debt and quit falling me or I will due them in court.......

I got a call from 50226775522, first time today, I let it go to voice mail since I did not recognize the number. The voice mail was for my wife and they gave a reference number, googled the phone number and it came with Gla collection company in Louisville, KY. Not sure if I need to call or not, for some reason it makes me extremely nervous.
