I just received the same call. The caller ID said "HUMANA". I am a Humana customer and called Humana Corp. it is a valid caller ID, and it is an automated call. They said that if I would have picked, which I didn't do, that it would have been transferred to their RightSource division which provides mail order support for certain drugs. I can not confirm that had I picked up what would have happened.

this number called, I answered cause caller ID showed Humana, some guy by the name Hussein was trying to sell Humana Health insurance. I told him I'm going to be late for my meeting, send me info. Then I got this number on caller Id Not Available 12-509-2015. Seems fishy to me!

Have received several calls from this number 502-301-1989.  Caller ID states it is "Humana, Inc.", however Humana Insurance Company has several different numbers and none of them are this one.  I've not answered any of these calls, and after reading the comments here, I'm sure this is another scam.

I just received another call from a different number this time and this is Sat. At 4:50 pm so no way this is a business!  I don't talk to  these scumbags because I let my answer machine talk to them and then they hang up without saying anything.  What kind of company would call do that!  Maybe if everyone would do what I do, they would quit calling.

Humana spam and I'm a member.  Despite a certified letter demanding that they stop calling me they continue on anyway and guess what, I'm not going to be a member for much longer!

I received a call from 502-301-1989 at my place of business (actually it was our FAX line that rang); the caller ID said HUMANA, INC. When I answered the call, dead silence!

This number may be used at Humana for several things. In my case, this call was an automated survey following a call with customer support. Note: I had to enter a callback number during the first call with Humana customer service, and this is the number the autodialer called me back on. I could have entered any phone number I wanted and that person/business would have gotten harassed by the autodialer. So, if you're getting unexplained calls from 502-301-1989 someone may have accidentally (or purposely) entered your number as the callback number for a Humana survey. Poor design by Humana.

Re: Number showed on CID: 502-301-1989.  I did not answer and they did not leave a message so they don't get another chance.  CID says "Humana Inc" but it's not Humana calling so don't blame them.  It's a spoofed call.  Logic supports this too.  If it WAS a legitimate call, 1) they would not likely be calling on Sunday (not normal business hours); and 2) they would leave a message with info, which they did not.  Obviously a scam.  They're now blocked on my phone (scammers don't get 3 strikes here!)  Interesting how most of the reports are from many years ago and now they're starting up again.

Called twice, no message.  We never answer unless we know the number.  Caller ID said Humana, although scammers could easily spoof the ID.  If it were anything important, Humana would send by snail mail.  Could be advertising, could be a scam.  Either way, no need to answer.

I received a call from this number woman asked if this was a cell phone.I asked her what this call was about she said I needed to answer some questions before she could tell me I told her I had no reason to talk to her any longer an hung up

Receiving calls from this number everyday, at all hours--morning, afternoon and evening. No caller ID so I don't pick up. Interesting to note there seems to have been a resurgence of calls (apparently from Humana) during this month.

This is from Humana.  I have a policy with them, and they want to talk about the CHANGES in my policy for the upcoming year.  However, they ALWAYS call on Sunday, and I refuse to talk business with them on Sunday.  It's my day of rest, my day off, and I have told them to call some other time besides Sunday.  You'd think they would know by now.

This is Humana health insurances's customer survey number. If you call them to talk to a representative, they may call you back from this number to take a survey on how they did. It's automated, so you can't talk to a human being at this number.

Report calls to your states Attorney Generals office & Better Biz Bureau.  Also list all you ph #s on the National Don't Call Registry.  It won't stop em but reported enough someone will have to investigate it.

This number called me three times in less then 10 minutes. I tried calling back and was told message box was full they transfer me and the asked for my mailbox number
