- fed up with scammersI received the first call this AM at 9:15. my wife is insured with Humana, and the guy asked for her by name. I told him she wasn't here, he said it was a courtesy call and he would call back and hung up. I suspect a SCAM of some type, they get public info and start calling. I am sure they are trying to get personal info for a crime of some type.
- Caller: humana inc
- Call type: Scam suspicion
- PamThe caller ID said Humana but most companies call during business hours, not 7:50 at night. My phone company automatically rejected the call because it is “suspected spam.”

- AdamI believe this number belongs to the company that Humana uses for customer feedback after a phone call to Humana. I got a call from this number shortly after speaking with a Humana representative about my getting too many unsolicited calls from vendors associated with Humanas. Before being connected I was asked if I would be willing to participate in a call satisfaction survey. I said yes, and later got the call (the next time I’ll say no!). When the call came, no one replied when I said hello repeatedly.

I doubt it. I never answer, every call is 8:30 am, who is that precise? Leave me the f*#+ alone, I'm not interested!!!

- Detroit JoeI had just called Humana to check on my scrip shipment, I had no problems at all. Hung up, and within 3 minutes, received a call from this number. Answering machine took it because I didn't get to my phone fast enough. message was "this will only take a few minutes I didn't recognize the 502 area code, so I called Humana at the 800 number, and was told that Humana doesn't have that number at all listed in their records, so it is obviously a scam. After reading all these other posts, I'm glad I couldn't answer the call.

- DeniseWhat in the world. I too have Humana, have they sold our info.? Has it been stolen from Humana? This # calls and leaves no VM, only knew it was supposedly Humana from reviews like this. How is it that a good % of us being called actually DO have Humana if it is not them calling???
- Caller: Humana
- Call type: Scam suspicion
- Denise replies to ChelloNo, I didn't agree to ANY survey. I have Humana, I am deaf, I have NEVER spoken to them by phone, so I never agreed to a survey. I've never agreed to their stupid surveys, because I have never spoken to them 1 single time, because I can't hear on the phone. Also, even if someone agrees to a survey a legit caller would: ID themselves, give a call back # that works, not have you call back a "full mailbox", would NOT be asking for the patient's DOB or ID #, and when you tell them not to call, they STOP calling. So either it's Humana doing illegal business practices, most likely b/c these start in Fall when Medicare has open enrollment and you can switch plans, or they've had many years of break-ins by scammers who stole our info. b/c this is still going on.
- Jennifer replies to Hans WinterhalderI hope you didn't give the $17 access to the SCAMMERS who called your phone? If so, this is the reason these scammers call all of us, because people blindly give them $$$, personal info., etc. and yes, they can spoof #'s.
