- JohnThis number is the automatic survey line for humana. It calls people back to take a survey for there experience during there calls. If you are getting a call from this number someone either, called humana and agreed to a survey or someone mistyped there number and gave yours instead or gave a bogus number and random choose yours.

- Chello| 2 repliesWhen I called Humana yesterday just afer I I said why I was calling to the automated service it said that I was randomly selected to do a survey of my experience and asked me if I was willing to participate I said yes then it said that I would be called back after my call had been completed. Then I was transfered to a very pleasant young lady who was so much more than helpful and even went beyond exultant customer service! !! I was just calling because my pharmacist called me to say that the increased dosage of one of my meds wasn't covered. Even though I was able to get in touch of my doctors office and was told that they would have my doctor make whatever adjustment for it and contact the pharmacist before the day's end I figured that I would still just ask if all that needed to be done was a prior authorize for the increased dose just for FYI and she said yes mamn. And then because I had told her the reason for the increase while we were having a very pleasant conversation she looked up what the next better medication would be for my condition and ran it against my other medications to make sure about interactions before making the suggestion for me to bring up with my doctor. All while we were talking about our kids and mommy stuff. After she made sure it more than likely work is when she asked me if I've ever heard about. I said yes I have in the e.r. one day. So i whote it down. Anyway we ended up talking and getting my answers as well for 1hr 15min and yes 24seconds. EXACTLY! !! LOL!!! But this same number called me 2 times. Didn't answer. Then this morning i decided to run a ckeck on the number and came across all this. So after reading some of these posts LOGICALLY this number obviously is connected somehow to the survey. Come on guys did you agree to the survey and just forgot about that by any chance??? Take a moment and think about it. Please. Yes I do agree that the constant repetitive calls without the survey actually being done and all the "this mailbox is full" and not being able to talk to a actual person can in fact be harassment even after calling the proper number for Humana and complaining and asking for it to be stopped and unfortunately there must be a glitch in the computer system somewhere you did still get those calls. Maybe the next step may just be to ask for the technical support department. .. Just food for thought. After all yes even I would get aggravated with in one veiw it not obviously been taken care of. I will admit to that. However I would also try to sit down calm myself down and take a few good deep breath's to clear my head and try to recount my last call for service to try and see if I may have simply forgotten something so small as that survey request. Try not to let it get you so upset, even though I do understand the aggregation, but remember anger in any form takes up more energy and space in you inner core that can be so very hard to release and get rid of. Just food for thought. Thanks for hopefully having taken the time to read my LONG story. I just hope that it helps at a little. Even if only 1 person. Then I will know that there are still people out there that are willing to take another look and then completely understand the meaning in my VERY DETAILED STORY. THANKS AGAIN...

- KathyI want to who and why they're calling. I should be off Humana and federal government call lists.
- skulkerThis is likely a voluntary survey by Humana for those who agreed to one. I didn't answer because I was expecting a call from an 800 number. I agreed to do a survey because I believe in giving companies feedback on their customer svc, etc. Anyway I got 3 calls in a short time and thought it was a telemarketer or credit agency.
- Caller: Humana?

- Bella replies to MacGregorI just figured it out. It's for the brief survey after a Humana call.
- RandyI have three legitimate numbers for Humana departments I deal with. NONE of them have a 301 prefix. It's a phishing scam.
- JohnReceived daily calls from this number and called Humana main number and verified this is the marketing arm of Humana trying to provide services to seniors at a profit of course. The Humana operator called the marketing number to request my phone be removed from their dialing for dollars. Unfortunately since I am a Humana customer they can make all the calls to me marketing whatever they think they can sell to me. One can call Medicare to complain about the marketing calls and that is my next step if I receive more calls. The Medicare number to complain is 800-633-4227 according to Humana corporate.

IS
NOT
HUMANA
PERIOD!
Humana ALWAYS leaves messages, ALWAYS, even if its a survey. This imposter is not Humana, they are spoofing the caller ID display.- Caller: 8059807715
- jimintx replies to NancyThese are scammers POSING as Humana, Probably from India or Pakistan so the do not call list has no effect. If you do get a hold of them ask them to PROVE they're from Humana. For example I ask them what my account number is they have on file. That usually stops the calls-at least from that number. Last resort & I HATE TO DO IT because it's against my nature but use racial epithets if they still continue calling
- jimintx replies to ChelloThis is OBVIOUSLY a Fake post from the scammer. How do I know? 1Grammatical errors. 2 Humana would NOT allow one of their or their vendors mailboxes to get that full AND they would have left a message for YOU 3 Humana would also offer a way to do the survey at their website.
- Hans Winterhalder| 1 replyReceived the call this morning from Humana. They offer insurance to seniors. I set up my policy to have $17 taken from my bank each month. They take the money but I guess I'm insured. So I guess I'll just wait.

- AS Long replies to MacGregorI keep getting the same thing. I have never answered it because I've been victimized by a scam numbers a few times lately. But these people call every day.
- stanyeah it's humana pharmacy. this is probably the worst run on line business ever. the automated system does not recognize about 50% of my responses. if they weren't the cheapest part d provider i would have nothing to do with them. here's hoping amazon gets into the business sooner than later.

- PezheadThis is no doubt a scam and giving anyone your social security number over the phone to someone you don't know is a sure fire way of inviting the dregs of society to your purse stings. Don't answer their phone calls. I have them blocked. Their ability to use a company name that doesn't belong to them, and to change their number to harm people is earning them a place in hell. Don't answer the phone, that is the only way to stop them.
- Caller: Humana

- CherylThis a phone number from Humana Insurance. I made a call about my dental insurance. After the call, they asked if I wanted to rate the service from that call. I said yes & they verified my phone number. When the robot called back, it was from that number.
- Caller: Humana Insurance

- Discerning 1 replies to MacGregorI can shed some light on this Humana ph#: it is an automated line that calls to do a survey about the last person with whom you spoke at Humana. There's no way to reach anyone on the line, as you found out; as it's just a programmed recorded survey. Hope this helps!
