I got a call from this number on my cellphone. When I answered it went dead. I searched to see where it was coming from and saw the area code is for Louisville KY. Since there are these many complaints since 2007, how come the concerned authorities have not tried to stop the person harsing people.

This an autodialer for collections of Sears, and other cards issued from merchants that use Citibank as their funding source.  If you are 30 days in arrears for any payment with Citibank as the "bank behind the card" you will received these calls until your credit card is current.  Citibank may or may not appear on the the card, however, the calls are not returnable as it is an autodialer and you will receive a fast busy when you attempt to return the call.

I'm getting many phone calls from this number as well and occasionally when I do pick up, there is no answer and they leave no message.  I will join in a class action suit against whoever is doing this if necessary.

After being gone for two weeks from my phone, I came back to my caller ID, & had no less than 5 calls from this #. Once they lft a msg, but only part ofit was inteligible. This morning at 8:30, I recd another call from this #, & FINALLY got why they were calling. This is a Sears credit card service center. I failed to make my pmt by Dec. 30, so they collected over the phone.

This call comes all the time, but no one ever leaves a message.  I believe it is for collection of Discover Card.  I've soken with Discover several times, and made arrangements.   I'm going to try and get thir address and sent a formal DO NOT CALL letter, then if they continue I can file charges.

Numerous calls in violation of the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act - daily, throughout the day, beginning before 8 a.m. and ending after 11 p.m. Every time I answer the call (ID "Kentucky" at 502.357.7999), the caller hangs up. Each time they hang up, I return the call and hear the same automated message each time, first in English, then in Spanish: "The number or code you have dialed is incorrect, please check the number or code and try again." This is followed by the following automated message: "Message 7. Switch 613." Does anybody know what "Message 7 Switch 613" means?

Receiving calls from this number several times per day and date (including Sundays). There is a live person on the other end but hangs up after call is answered.

they call none stop.  I don't even have a credit card!

This is a citibank or Citicard or citmortgage stuff. Sears, Home Depot and several other store credit cards. If you are a valued customer this is the typical way they treat you, like crap! I know this for a fact because I have been there customer in one form or another for over 15 years. They never change. The employees there tow the corporate line of doing bogus business on and on without any personal conscience or honorable integrity.

I'm getting calls from this number and 502-522-9998. No message left. Anyone know who they are? Looks like someone below says Citibank? Or bill collector?

I have gotten 10 calls in one day from this phone number and they never leave a message, can't find phone number anywhere online. Guess I just won't ever answer.

You have a Sears credit card. They are able to call you.

I recently put my Sears Card in a Debt Management Program, gave them the 800 number to the program, and they said they will "continue to harass" me until the program finalizes the card with them.  I told them I won't be answering my phone from them any longer (since I have caller ID and can see who is calling) since the card is currently being processed with my debt management company and to not call back and I hung up.  We will see if they call back again.

These people AT 502-357-7999 are rude and will not give up. Ask for my child then demand to talk to her husband???? When I say she doesn't have a husband and I am her mother and ask what they want they slam the phone down.  Calls started coming from Kentucky 502-522-9998 Then change to 502-357-7999 with caller ID citibank Univer same voice, same demands.  I am registered with Federal Do not call list and have filed a complaint. I suggest everyone else does too.

You owe someone money, dont act so suprised. Answer the call and own up to whatever it is.
