CitiBank Univer 502-357-7999 but I'm NOT sure if it is them since no one is on the phone...must be an auto dial that gets the first one to pick up the telephone.  I might have to go back to using the TELE-zapper (or was THAT a scam too).

Maybe it is for those people that had AT&T  Universal Cards or people that deal with Citibank but I'm thinking they want to sign us up for something...I really don't want to pay 50 dollars a year or more for discounts I will not use.

I think that Citibank/AT&T Universal might already be getting sued but I'm not sure if customers will get anymore than a dollar.

Young people, please, stay away from credit cards...save the money for future needs like tires or car insurance.  If a person can't afford to pay the cost of an item they can't afford the debt.

College loans and some car loans might be needed by some and a home mortgage is about the only way a family can purchase a house but credit card debt is not an easy situation with interest rates going up and min. payments that double with only a few months warning.

Thease people called to talk to my mother this morning and when I told them she wasen't home they ask to speak to her husband. I told them my father passed away a few years ago. As I was telling them I was her son and would be glad to take A message for her they hung up on me.
This sounds like A flse company that's trying to take advantage of the elderly to me.

    drama con't from X
Been receiving calls from this # all weekend at all weird hours.  I usually don't answer #'s that I don't recognize, however, since there were multiple attempts I finally answered.  However, no one on the other end responds.  I too called the # back and it goes to a recording, no help.  The other # I've received multiple calls from, again beginning on a Saturday 502-522-9998 same scenario.
I do have a Sears account, have updated all my current mailing information so if they are too stupid to update and get my bill to me how am I suppose to pay the SOB.  I recently renewed the maintenance agreement on my appliances, the service tech has been to my home and the idiots who work for them and set up their service calls are too ignorant to update my address & name but managed to provide the collection company w/ my cell so they could harrass.
Since my X husband cheated on for years I had to play private investigator while married so it helped me figure this mess out.  Where is the common sense factor in people?

Yep, this number is calling my cell, random times and many times a day.  Most of the time it went to voicemail but they did not leave a message.  Finally I answered and heard dead air.  I called back the number and got a "this number cannot be completed as dialed".........uuuughhhhh

I've read several posts on here, and I believe it is most likely a company affiliated with Sears/k-mart credit cards. Although we have not had any problems with paying our bill or anything. So as to why they are calling I have no idea. One thing I do know about there stupid card is, that intrest rate is higher than hell. They want it payed back so fast, but with it being so high you're on the edge of barely being able to pay it. If they would drop it down to atleast 10% maybe they would get more accounts payed off faster. Although i'm pretty sure they are just greedy and love takeing people's money.

is there a way to track down who owns these telephone numbers. like the actual owners that pay for this to be done? i would like to speak to them directly. but yes, Do not answer these calls. They are a scam. i've worked for telemarketing before, these people take it to a new level. I have noticed it's the same person almost every time i get the call. she doesn't like me :D but they keep calling. i'm through complaining it's time for action to be taken against these companies. We as people DO NOT DESERVE THIS TREATMENT! return the suffering they have caused and all will be back to normal.

Keep getting 25 calls a day from this number, starting at 5a.m. until midnight, even on sundays & holidays. don't have any credit cards of any kind, has to be another scam from OBAMA and his terrorist brothers wanting money from true americans not the wanna bees like OBAMA himself.

Caller asked my wife if she would like to pay $103.00 bill that I owed to Citibank.  When I got home my wife told me about the call.  I told her that I do not have a Citibank card.  This appears to be a scam which I am going to report to our Attorney General (Connecticut).

They're a bill collector from Sears/Citi Card. If you can, log on and change your contact information online. If you're not able to do that, call your home/cell phone company and find out if you can block the number. There might be a monthly fee for that service (I have AT&T cell phone service and the fee is $4.99 a month and you can block up to 15 numbers). The last option is changing your number (which is what I did) and they waived the fee because I was changing it do to harrassing calls. I hope this helps you guys.

It's Citibank collection dept. Don't talk to them, they're scumbags. If you want to work out a payment plan call the regular customer service number, at least they'll talk to you nicely and try to help you.
