This number called my cell phone and left a message sayin about the same thing that is his to all of you all...about a case and number.. and they had called my work place too and left a message I talk to my supervior cause I am off on Vac.. this week...if this was a real place to do with court then you search the number it would bring up the name of the place..... this number is a cell phone so it cant be found...

I also have received the same message and when I called kept being put on hold....its funny I do not have a pay day loan....can anyone tell me any more information on these people. The person said his name was Steven Reynolds. Said I needed to call within 24-48 hours. funny most restraining orders are served by a police officer and why would they put a restraining order on me if ummmm I owe money that is the stupidest thing I have ever heard

Did anyone get a case number was wondering if we all have the same one

I had calls like this last year and went to police department and they called and talk to the folks and they hung up on them thinking its a scam because if there was a restraining order on you a police officer would bring it to your door.

Investigator Burton left a message on my sisters voicemail saying that I needed to contact their office immediately concerning a restraining order.  So I called and talked to Stacy Foster, who said that I had a payday loan from 2009 and that they would subpoening me to court.  This harassment started from various companies in Feb of 2010.  How can people be so evil hearted?  I filed a police report back in 2010 and update it every time I get another threatening call.

I just got a call from this same number with the same info left on my vm....this is special agent such n so...restraining order....respondant...case number...give to your atty...it also came up a blocked "unknown" number and like everyone previously said, if the Sherriff or Police wanted you for something they will find you.  I just wanted to add this in because it really does get on your nerves the audacity of these people.  I wish there was a way we could do to them what they are doing to all of us.  Do not call this number.

These same people also called my sister in Grand Rapids, MI and threatened me the same way they threatened you. Her name was also 'Stacey Foster.' They could not give me information as to who I owed money to. They also gave me a fake website to go to called Payday Loans and More. This website directed me to another website and I couldn't even talk to a real person. I just told them to take me to court! Lmao! Nothing but a scam.

These knuckleheads have called my number and left a phone message for (name in-audible) claiming to be some damn investigator. BS!!!! Ok so whomever they left this message for on MY house number which I have had for 9 yrs has 24-48 hours to respond to a restraint order against (me?) case number GETM2577... I have no idea the hell they are calling and MOST importantly these dumb [***] don't seem to understand you don't SERVE anyone a restraint order over the f'n phone!!! Yes, I am peeved. I have been getting calls/voice messages for someone else from collections. Again, I am not who they are looking for which is clearly stated on my LISTED phone number. These turds call anyone who has shared the same address or street names with anyone who has a debt. STOP F'IN CALLING ME... I do NOT owe anyone any outstanding debt..
They have called from "Unknown", 206-397-1109, 757-223-5641 R& B Corporation, 206-496-0948 IND SUR GROUP, 253-246-8515 USF, 678-265-4020 ACCESSLINE.

My niece called ot advise that my father received a call from a Central Legal Services and that he had to reply within 48 hours or a restraining order will be placed agaiist him.  It is against the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) to have a message such as this left on an answering machine...., similar to HIPPA.   I am sending letter to the Kentucky Consumer Protection Division under the Kentucky Office of Attoney General.    If anyone wants to send a letter to them, the following is their address.  Good Luck

Some one named Denise called and left a message stating that me or my attorney had 24 hours to call 502-526-4380 regarding a pending legal case and a restraining order.  I have no idea what this is for.

Just received a call from these idiots today stating that i have a case pending about a payday loan from 2008/2009.. she said her name was "Monica Davis" in that i needed to make a payment in order for them to stop the case. Im so glad i googled this # in found all these comments reguarding these scammers. TUH they wont get my $$$ until i get written documents or the police are at my front door.

They just called me up and left me a message this morning.  I called the number back and it was just some guy who answered 'hello?' I asked for 'special investigator Angela Fields' and the guy said I had the wrong number.  So YUP. just a big ol' scam going on.

I received the same call this morning.  Funny thing is I work for a law firm and talked to someone here and they just laughted.  No one would leave such a call.  Bunch of SCAMMERS.    Just beware!!!!!

Got a message on a cell phone also. From and Agent Wright saying I needed to have my attorney contact her in the next 24-48 hours. Also that it is a legal matter and I have a restraining order against me. I am so sick of theses scammers,, and want to know how they get my unlisted cell number.

My mother received a phone call from 502-526-4380 this morning 6/20/12 stating that I needed to contact them asap regarding a restraining order ,which upset my mother who has heart problems. When I called the number I was asked if I had been served with legal papers. I was told that I owed a payday loan from 2009 for $1,400.00 from Payday Loans and More and they were taking me to court for it unless I made payment immediately or I could make payment arrangements for $701.32 in 5 payments of $140.26 . Her name is Kimberly Hooks and she called from this number stating that she was calling from Central Legal Service and that I should call her back Friday with a prepaid debit card and make payment at which time she could stop legal proceedings. Where do these people get off ? ! I'm not paying them a dime !!

The case number they left was AYUS 346 then they said that it should be a 4 digit number . SCAMMERS !!!!

All you need to do is call them back - I dont owe anyone anything and once you get ugly with them the hang up. Upon calling them back my account was suddenly closed.  Imagine that.

I too received a call today from a lady saying she is calling from "Special Investing" and said her name was "Angela Fields" Her message left on my machine was ver batum to the other people that have submitted here: Stated that I was being named as a respondent of a quote action; I must appear in court...there is an order to show cause and a restraining order is being issued...forward this to my Atty. etc., I have 24 to 48 hours to respond. I was given a "Claimant Affidavit" # and the phone number she called from was also "Unavailable" on my caller ID. The number left for me to contact "Angela Fields" was the same one previously reported by others here -- 502.526.4380 out of Louisville, KY.

Msg was that inves. Hall calling on behalf of a pay day lender  gave me a claim # and said if I didn't pay $500 today that they would have to serve papers to go to court and pay $1000 of dollars dating back to 2009. I ask for proof of the load and they could not provide any information and hung up.

Got the same message from "Angela Fields" with a case number of GUBD2915. She called my work number and my cell number back to back.  Have not called the number she gave me of 502-526-4380.  Glad I looked up the number.  Kept trying to figure out what this "legal matter" was about.  I wonder if the case numbers are the same or how they get your info??? Angela cannot even speak proper English.  I wonder where they found this sap to work for them.
