I have received two calls from these people regarding one of my employees.  This is the address I received from speaking to a Chris Johnson (sure its his real name) at Central Legal Services.

How can I make this stop.  They constantly call me, they have called my work and now my mom!  This is out of control.  When I call back they keep talking in circles and I cannot get them to stop.  Any help would be great.

Kathy Tompson called my job saying I owed $1200 for a loan that I didn't borrow from.  They said that if I didn't pay, I would go to court.  They said that the loan company would settle for $500 to keep me from going to court.  What I want to know is how they got my work number and bank account number? VERY SCARY.  I am going to contact the Better Business Bureau.

I had the same person called my work.  I am going to call BBB.

Just to reaffirm the previous comments....DON"T send these people any money!.  They are an international fraud riing and make millions of dollars a year off of naive people who believe their lies about restraining orders, law suits, complaints, etc.  They will continue to harrass you for many months, so ignore their phone calls and messages the best you can.  Nothing you say will deter them.  Also, its interesting that they have called me for over a year and they continue to demand I call them back within  24 - 48 hours to resolve the issue or else.  Or else what?!

These are the same people that hacked my YAHOO EMAIL ACCOUNT ABOUT 2 YEARS AGO. I kept all the numbers they called from. They called my temp agency, my friends. YEP and I had a PAY LOAN. AT FIRST I WAS HOLY CRAP!! Then, it just got out of hand, my cell was going off all the time at work. I finally went out side and told them that I was calling the police, they told me to go ahead. Finally a Det. from TPD called me and I wasn't sure if it was a real cop. I realized that this person spoke English. He told me to tell them to call my friend and he was going to take care of it. They got really pissed. sent me emails with so called FBI letter with there pictures on it. It finally was turned over to the FBI. I asked how these guys show the number of TPD and Stanislaus Count Sheriff Department. I was told you can buy a machine that you hook up to your phone and put in any number you want. You can purchase these at Radio Shack or even order the online.

they call my parents house saying i have a restraining order against me.  Stop the madness an investigater miller

I got this weak message stating I need to contact a lawyer within 24 hours too

I received a threatening phone call from this lady telling me I had a complaint against me and I should get my attorney and call this  number and gave me this long, long ref. number.  I don't know what they are talking about and can get no information about it now.  But they sure left alot of information on my phone that is not me.

I got a call from this people back in May, same threat, "case number, restraining order, if you don't call in 24-40 hour  will take you to court. Guess what it's 4 month later, same threat.

Trust me, this is a scam and a fraud, and the 'manner in which the call is being made: threatening;intimidaoting; is considered a felony, given the numerous calls and the cumulative amounts. Therefore, everyone on this list, including my son who just received the very same call today, must without delay notify the following: the FBI, the Secret Service; The Homeland Security; INTERPOL; The Internal Revenue Service; The US Attorney General; as well as each individuals State Attorney General.........Immediately, before these terrorist cells scam huge funds from scared folks only to bomb one of our cities.....OMGH: Don't be so naive that you think this act of fraud and scam will not come back to haunt us 'all'.
Do it now......Tomorrow may well be too late..........Take heed to this warning to the folks that are getting these calls....My son has already emailed and called, and will continue the process tomorrow when the agencies open again.

Everyone that does not call and report this may well not get hurt: however, it's the millions that 'will get hurt' if we all don't pursue a stop to this and garner arrest warrants for these perpetrators of fraud and theft!!!!!
Don't be a 'NIMBY' and just blow it off......You could very well save lives!!!

I got a message on my cell phone to from a special investigator David Reid in regards to a claim/complaint/restraining order...he left all three on my vmail.  LOL! I know for a fact its a scam, these people are working hard to take money from others.  be very careful with who you give your info to.

They called saying they work for the Central Investigation Agency and I have a payday loan 825 which I never even received and I don't understand how they got my aunt's number to call the house saying if I wanna pay 250 to stop this legal action I told them I ain't [***] paying [***] take me to [***] court yall think it's cool to be messing around on people phone like that well unuh got the right bumblocatt gal dem need fih guh dip up unda dem madda [***] nose way and lowe mih

Received a phone Call from Central Legal Services this morning asking for my husband, said there was a complaint against him, we have never been to Kentucky, he owns no pay day loans, however, One Click Cash located in Nebraska, ripped us off, he never did apply for the loan, giving a heads up, any time a person applies for a Pay Day loan, your information goes to a National Cash Finder, you apply for one loan, they all have your information.   We would like to see every Pay Day Loan place shut down.                                 Our phone on the National Do Not Call List - how these SCUM BAGS get your number is illegal.

I got a call from a unknown number say I needed to call this number. I called them and after being on hold forever they said I was being sued by payday loan. Com for over $1000!! I never borrowed from this company. They said I would be served papers bu my sheriff next week! I did have payday loans but not through this company and I paid all of them off!! Is this a scam?!? I never borrowed $ from them!

I received a phone call from this number on October 10, 2012. I was unable to answer at the time, so a voicemail was left from Eve Jackson. The voicemail stated that I was being sued as well with a reference # and all kinds of legal mumbo jumbo. I have received calls from other places like this and have even been informed by my local police department that it was a scam, so I didn't bother returning the call. When I arrived at work the following morning, I had a message that was given to my boss with the same name, phone number, and reference #. I am in the process of filing yet another complaint with the FBI and BBB on yet another one of "these places." I am considering changing my phone number; however, I guess then they would just continue to call my place of employment. Any suggestions as to what else I can do?

This people leave the same message on my mother phone for me this is scam away to get money from hard working people.

this caller left me 2 messages telling me that someone had taken out a complaint against me. It was from special agent Alex. He called me by my first name and gave me a case number. He asked that I forward this message on to my attorney along with the case number.He also said this complaint included a restraining order. One of my friends just got scammed by a call like this and ended up paying a couple of thousand dollars . The money had to be sent immediately by way of western union and she did not get this money back. These people are despicable and n eed to be stopped.

this caller keeps calling me and a friend and leaves harrassing us about stating they are pressing legall action against me if i fail to call back. i called and spoke to 2 people names Tim Brunswick and William greene who ask for my social security number. i refused too give that and they hung up. this is ongoing and i feel harassed by these people. they are becoming verbally abusive to me and my friend. I am now writing a legal notification letter for them to cease and desist from contacting me.

I received a call today from an "investigator" that left this number and a claim number for me to call. I tried calling the number and no one ever answers.
