They continue to call my wife about some bogus claim against her. I asked for a tax ID number and they don't have one. I also asked for a address since it ewas a local number. They give me a PO BOX address. PLease help stop these criminals.

I received the same phone message today but had a claim number of G03A2679. I have a pending custody case so was really freaked out. Even asked my lawyer about it. He said that if it was a restraining order they have to serve you personally. I have never had a pay day loan so have no idea why they are calling me. I won't even bother calling back. This has to be illegal.

Sarah Brown has been calling and calling me, leaving message after message. She called my parents UNLISTED number. You call them up, hold for a while, like 30 mins, then they hang up on you, without answering your call. I work at a bank, and our financial legal adviser told me that if they can't provide u with the name of the business they represent, or send you the proof of the situation, to let them know that how they are doing this is criminal. I called my attorney and asked him to look up the number, since it has to be filed with the state, and nothing exists. report this to your attorney, your congress person, and the state and put an end to these scammers!!!!!!

this is a bogus operation. If they refuse to tell you who the company is they are working for, details about when this "loan" occurred, things they are legally obligated to tell you, it's a scam. Also, keep in mind restraining orders MUST BE SERVED IN PERSON. Legally, you can not tell someone in a voice message that they are being served with a restraining order. This operation doesn't even have a legal address, it's a PO Box

Got message on my home answering machine saying that I owed $ and I needed to call my attorney and that they had placed a restraining order against me.  I never called back or responded.  this is the second time a company like this had contacted me

Yesterday I recieved a call from a Special investgator Garrison.  Saying I need to forward my information to my lawyer and I'm been named in a harrassment suit.  This is crazy.  I called the number and the phone just rung and rung.  I also called my local police department and I was told there wasn't being served.  How do I report this company so they can stop calling my home?

Keep getting a call from 5025264380 saying have an unpaid pay day loan from 2009 but cant provide me any information about it.

I have been frauded by numbers like these unknown number left a number at my place of business of 5025264380. with threating comments when I called more threatening comments this is a scam have reported to bureau of investigations when first happen told to ignore calls

Received a message detailing that I will was being served notification to appear.  And to alert my attorneys that within 24-48 hours, I will be served summon to appear if I don't return a call to them with my case number.  Well, on the caller ID, the number is only 7 digits long and the caller leaves this number 502-526-4380 for a call back. I didn't bother returning the call, as, it's probably just a bill collector.

Got a call from "Erica"  from an "unknown" number.  She told me to call, "502-526-4380." I called and they had the last four of my social security number and the name of my bank.  They said it was $1,001.58 that I owed from a loan.com payday loan from 2008/09.  Geez, they couldn't even give me an exact date?  Scary that they had my social and my bank and bank account #.  I told them I would do nothing unless they sent me something in writing.  They said that I would be placed into litigation and a subpoena would be issues.  Then they hung up on ME! Ha! So, I called my bank and they are speaking with their loss prevention folks.

I've told these people there is NO Bonnie Griffin at this number 3-4 times.  The msg said they were Central Legal Services or something like that.  How many times do you have to tell someone they have a wrong number?  The more I think about it the more I think it is some kind of scam but I want them to stop calling here.  The number they are continuely calling is 281-992-7567  NO Bonnie Griffin here!!!!!

Just had a message on my answering machine from this number claiming that charges have been filed against my daughter and a restraining order is being requested against her. Call also states that she or her attorney has 24 to 48 hours to reply and that she will be required to appear. She has never been in Kentucky

I got the same message just like yours. I own no Debts or any collection.. ? I called the phone number and no one answer, I was on hold for 30 mins than asked me to leave a message.. What kind of debt collection is this?

Hi there everybody, my mother in law has just received the same call with all the same information looking for me, glad I looked up the number, I won't bother with it.  What a bunch of losers.

Received a call on my cell phone for my husband.  Stephen Reynolds says he is a special investigator. And their is a court action against my husband.  And to call 502-526-4380 and left me a case number.  I called the number and was never answered.  We have filed chapter 7 so all debts are paid.  It was a very threatening call, dont know how they got my number.

Just got a call from this number saying a complaint was filed against Dr. Called number back and got a fast busy signal. Sounds bogus...

I am curious, just how many people got called from this number and if it is legit??? I got scammed along time ago and it seems to me they have a list of people that actually payed and they target them. I wish i was smarter then, but I know better now.  How are they allowed to act like this???

same number keeps calling my phone, same exact line...pay day loan from 2009, court case, restraining order blah blah blah and that the other party is willing to settle which I am put on hold for so they contact the "other party".  It's a scam I never had pay day loans until 2011.

My daughter recieved a message from this no.5025264380 back in november of last year 2011. They called back again today  8/27/12 same message. She owes $300.00 for a payday loan.. which she don'. t have a dam job. This [***] is crazy i will be calln better busy bureau tomorrow this gotta stop.
