call it back and it says "to be added to our do not call list enter number" i will not even do that , i am on the call list already, maybe a way to get new phone numbers.

This number has been calling my cell phone daily, I answered one time and a young lady tells me that she is calling from Card Services about my credit card and wanting to lower my interest rate. I used to work in the fraud unit for a credit card company so I decided to have some fun with it. I let her go through her spiel about lowering my rates and I said ok sounds good go ahead and do that for me and she replied with well I need your card number, to which I replied "ok which one?" you could hear the excitement in her voice when she replied "all of them" so I simply said back to her well your calling from my credit card company so you should have that already, she said back, well I only have one but I can get the rates down on all of your cards if you give me the numbers. She wasn't very happy with me when I told her that I actually have no credit cards so I wasn't sure that this would work for me, she politely replied with FU@K YOU at the top of her lungs and hung up on me. I called the number back and it gives you the option of being placed on their DO NOT CALL list or speaking to a live representative, after 30 minutes of holding for a representative it will then give you another number to call and when you call the other number it will leave you on hold for another 30 minutes then just disconnects.

Got a call from this number, there was no one on the other line when I picked up. Call disconnected after several seconds.

Received today 4:20 PM EST.

They called today, 12/2/2011 at 12:35pm. Clearly they work on an autodialer system, because it prompts you to hit 1 if you are interested. I knew it was too good to be true, but I wanted to hear what this was about to keep myself educated on the latest scam tactics.

Basically I hit the number 1, and the guy comes on asking if I am responding to the lower interest offer (again, clearly an autodialer system). He asks me a series of questions, and then tells me that I do not qualify unless I have $5k in cards with 15% or higher. So I responded with "so is this consolidation or settlement?" and he replies "oh no, not at all, we negotiate your interest rate on your behalf and you still get to keep your card open". So then I asked what company he is from, he says "account services with MC & Visa". I paused for a moment and thought to myself there's no way MC & Visa are calling to offer the same exact thing (since they are competitors, it would be either/or, right?) So then I went on to say "so then this is a type of debt management plan?" and again he claimed no, reminding me that with cons/sett/DMP that you have to give up your cards. I asked again what the name of his company is, and he hung up on me at this point LOL.

I called the number back, cuz I was gonna [***] to someone that he hung up on me when I was ask legit questions.But I was redirected to a message system which asked me if I wanted to be on the do not call list.

I receive this call numerous times a month.
I stayed on the phone waiting for the operator, and when I explained that I wanted to be taken off their list ... I was abruptly disconnected from the call.

PLEASE make these calls STOP!!!

Number called today (in Mass.)....did not answer as I did not recognize it.  What's with the FCC do not call list?  If you register why do we keep getting calls such as this?    Typical government promising to do something and doing nothing about it.

They said they were Bank of America and that I would have to cancel my account to stop the phone calls.  I do not have a bank of america credit card.

Once again, I received a call from this number...now I'm getting them from both this # as well as  425-390-8127.  These damn holes have nothing better to do but bother us!

I keep getting calls from this number (503-563-0155) at odd times, they never leave a VM. When I called back I got an outgoing message that suggested I was calling 'The Do Not Call' number and to press1 to be added to the list! Wow, the folks operating the number to make these calls are not only breaking the law they are pretending to be the law :) Likely this is an offshore company where the Donotcall registry cannot enforce the law. I did not press 1 to find out what would happen next...fully expect to have been connected to a person who would engage me selling me something I do not need.

Thanks for the link!  I filed a complaint online...it's easy, and I hope the FCC is FLOODED with complaints from this outfit.  I've been getting a call EVERY DAY since 12/3, and I NEVER pick up a number I don't recognize.  "Card Services" has MANY numbers using regional area codes---not just this one---I have gotten calls from 503, 253, 989, 480, 206, etc.  It's intrusive, ridiculous, and offensive!  Use the link, people, and FILE A COMPLAINT!
