This phone number claims to be "Credit Card Services" with the "last chance to lower your interest rate." They have called me a few times over the last month, but I had not been available to answer the call. When you return a call to the number on Caller ID, it pretends to be an opportunity to have your phone number removed from their database, which it clearly is not, since they called me yet again this morning. When I "pressed 1" to lower my interest rates, I asked the young women on the line which of my credit card companies she represents. "Oh, we represent 2,200 credit card companies across the U.S." I said, "OK, what's the name and business address of YOUR company?" and she hung up on me. Any company that has to keep its name and operating address a secret is clearly not conducting legitimate business.

I, too, filed a complaint against them to the federal Do Not Call Registry.

Just a dead line when they call me repeatedly.  I am on the Do Not Call list... this is VERY annoying!

Got a call from this number, but Google put it in the spam folder automatically, so it never disturbed me.  I just looked up the number out of curiosity.  I guess the Google spam filter really works.

Need to find out who this loser is. Won't stop calling. Never a message

This number keeps calling me and it is really starting to get on my nerves. What can I do?

I began receiving call from this number shortly after being scammed by someone responding to a Craigslist post I'd made. Before I realized what they were doing, I'd given them my personal information.

got a call on my cell just now, the call location said Oregon, they did not leave message.

My wife and I get calls like this on our cell phones all the time.  Today it was from 503-563-0155.   Both our phones have been registered with the FTC Do Not Call registery for the past several yaers and each and every time we recieve such calls we file an on line report with the FTC.    The "RoboCalls" continue at all hours of the day and night.    We have made some progress (without the help of the FTC) and tracked this down to a RoboCall service provider in Irvine CA called eGumball, Inc.    The owner of this company is John Bauer and they can be contacted at 949-597-1000.    I've tried several times to speak directly to him with no luck and I've reported this information to the FTC and still no luck as the calls continue. We are making a record of the all the calls and plan to ask out local Congressman if there is anything he can do as far a getting the FTC to take some corrective action.    We also plan to contact officials in Irvine CA to see if they can help.     The only option anyone may have to stop the calls is to prove that in fact eGumball is the provider for the numbers that are calling and then take eGumball into court.

I don't have caller ID on my home phone, but have been getting the same recorded message promising to lower my credit card rates nearly every day at different times of the day.  NOW they called my cellphone and I have their number, but I don't know WHO they are.  It has to be a scam, because the woman asked me 'do you wanna (yes she said 'wanna') lower your interest rates'  I said, no, that they needed to stop calling me.  So far today I haven't received a call on my home or cell.  Hopefully they got the message.
