Answered the phone, nobody there.

Market Research firms are exempt from the Do not call list because they are not trying to sell anything. just gets peoples opinions about different things. This company is hired out by other companies so there is no point in getting mad at them or even trying this because it wont do anything.

Received three calls from the number on Sunday afternoon. Not sure why they called - I was sleeping. I removed myself from the Bernett company call list as previously mentioned/suggested.

They call tonight (SUNDAY) at 8:49 pm. It's not this number, but it's the same research company Bernett w/ a number in Orlando 407-680-0456. I already told them not to call and tonight  I was not very polite. Next time, I will answer and then put the phone on the counter and let them talk to themselves and do this as many times as it's needed to make them understand that I DON'T WANT them to call.

Can someone comment on how successful they were with using the opt out list?  Did the calls stop after they put their # on bernett's opt-out list?  Just wondered...

Received  4  calls  from  this  number  27  OCT  13,  no  message  was  ever  left.

They called me twice and I told them I was on the do not call list they ignored that and tried arguing with me. They called too late at night - I hate these telemarketers or whatever they are - they should be fined

They will continue to call until you answer the phone and say "Remove my # from your list" or some variation of that. Once you tell them that the person on the other end is supposed to click "add to do not call list" on their computer screen and tell you to have a nice day/night. It takes a couple of days for the removal to take effect. I used to work for this company so I know how it works. I've also been on the receiving end of these calls and I always say, "Take me off your list", once I do this I don't get more calls from them

Calling at late hours and not saying anything.

BERNETT RSCH is what shows up on the caller identifier after the ringing stops.
They never leave a message.  Cowards..
The first call came late at night.  Then early in the morning...
Now it comes at 14:09 on a Sunday Afternoon.

They should give up!

Called but left no message.

Strange.  Called me using someone else's name.  Double the harassment with one call!
