- tedI was sleeping in after a terrible hangover this Sunday morning from the UO Ducks game. They called and woke me up before 10:00 am. Time to knock some knuckleheads around.
- Caller: Bernett RSCH
- Debbie SThey are a research company and currently they are calling registered republican voters in the San Francisco Bay Area. I asked them to remove my number from their calling lists but they continue to call me.
- Caller: Bernett Research

- David| 2 repliesCalled @ 8:12 PM asked for my wife been name. He was a bit rude after telling that she wasn't here. Wanted to know when she was available. I said tomorrow night at six. We will be out.

- AnnI frequently get calls for this number. Who is h Bernett?
- Caller: H Bernett
- JEMC replies to MistyThis is not a telemarketer, it is a research facility. They do surveys and political polls, among other things. According to the FTC and FCC, calls from or on behalf of political organizations, charities, and telephone surveyors are exempt from the DNC. It's probably a political poll. My advice would be to just answer it. If you really can't spare 5 minutes, go to http://surveys.cybercept.com/dnc/dnc.cgi to opt out.
- JohnThis number called my house at around 8:30 last night. Here's roughly how the conversation went:
Them: Is [Jane Doe] there?
Me: Who's calling?
Them: Jeremiah Miller.
Me: Who?
Them: Jeremiah Miller.
Me: Where are you calling from?
Them: Is she there?
Me: Where are you calling from?
Them: Is she there, or should I talk to you?
Me: Where are you calling from?
Them: I'm kind of in a hurry, so should I just talk to you?
Me: Fine, talk to me.
Them: I'm conducting a survey....
That's when I hung up. Blocked the number so they can't call again.- Caller: Bernett Research

- SamanthaReceiving phone calls from this number multiple times a day at random hours for many days. Says mailbox is "full" when I tried to call back.
- Lindsey johnsonKeep gettin calls from this number. I'm on a do not call list
- They won't stop calling replies to pwinkI did put my name on their do not call. Lasted a week and they returned with a vengence. I called the number and voice message said mailbox is full, try again. I suggest we all go to their site and request business quotes from them (thinking about starting a business and need surveys done, but then tell them to screw off) to annoy them as they do us. Thanks for the email address.
- Sea12hawksI've been getting these calls 3+ times a day(morning, day, and night). Never answer. Just let it go to vm. There is a law, where they're not allowed to call past either 9 or 10pm. Forget which, but I've worked in all kinds of call centers for 10+ years and it is a law. If you ask them to remove your name, number, stop calling or whatever and they fail to do so. They can and will be fined a $1,000.00 each time they call you. Report it to the FCC. Hope that helps. And thanks to everyone who provided info on who this is. Much appreciated.

- TimThis number left a voice mail. Mans voice but all he said was "What the hell"
- SusanGot a call yesterday from this number. Went to the web site listed here to have my phone number put on their " no call list " and low and behold, I had already did that back in November of 2013. Strange that they would still call a year and a half later.
- Caller: Bernett
- Call type: Survey
- PdNot sure who this is? I have caller ID so I don't answer and they don't leave a message.
- Clarification replies to DoggThe purpose of asking for your name is in case they need to contact you to validate that the survey was in fact conducted. It is part of a system of checks and balances that is in place to ensure that 100% accurate data is being collected. You do not have to provide your name, you can simply say that you would prefer not to give your name and the survey still counts.
- soup replies to pwinkThank u for the address. Wonderful idea!
